  1. Hello everyone! Hopefully I'm going to be joining the March filers in a few days, but I don't know if I'm missing something in my evidence packet. I'm applying based on the 3-year rule. I got my GC almost 2 years after sending the form so I didn't have to remove conditions. The list of copies I have as proof are: marriage certificate, husband's passport, photos together in the last 3-5 years, joint bank account, mortgage, tax returns, GC, and my driver's license. Now, for the "legal presence", should I try to find pay-stubs from the jobs I had during this time? And, I did 2 trips to my home country to visit my family, each of these trips was 2 weeks long. I have just 1 stamp in my passport from when I came back from the first trip, Should I add that too? What other evidence should I add for legal presence?
  2. Hello everyone! With everything going on lately, my husband and I started asking ourselves if I had done everything right so I wouldn't get in trouble with immigration and I realized that I never changed the address with USCIS when we moved. I had every intention of doing so but I completely forgot. We are still living in the same city and I already had my residency before we moved, which means I wasn't expecting anything from immigration. We moved a year ago and I’m thinking of making the change today (better late than never) but I wanted to know if there may be consequences for doing it so late. I read online that they can fine you or deport you, but my guess is that would be for people with active cases. Thoughts?
