    Congratulations to those who received their green card. I received the combo card a couple of weeks ago. This morning m, I got a notification through my email “we have taken action on your case” so I checked, and I found that for I130, there is an option added for “processing times” and it says 2 months. So here’s hoping it is true.

    Congrats!! I received the combo card last week. NBC processes those, so they’re fast. Now waiting for FO to do their job.

    I am sorry that you’re going through this awful situation. Definitely don’t pay again. Call USCIS and ask to be referred to a tier 2 agent if the one you’re calling is unhelpful. Make some sort of plan with USCIS that you can send them an unsealed medical. I am sure the doctor has your form on file.

    Congratulations!! Every time I call USCIS to make an inquiry about the EAD, they say if you don’t get it by x month, call again. Now they said you should have it by August. Yeah, right!

    No updates for me either. One time, I called several times, an information specialist told me to contact again if I didn’t receive my EAD and AP by march. I guess I will call again soon.

    Hi, Since the 2019 timeline post thread is getting no response at all, here is a new thread. I am hoping that the silence there is indicative of applications being processed and that there are no delays. Unfortunately this has not been my experience with DoS so far. They received my I612 & I613 in November 2020, and it has been over 13 months waiting for the application to be processed. They have ignored multiple emails and multiple congressional inquiries. I am curious to hear from those who are in the same boat. Please share your experience. Thank you!
