  1. How much time do you spend in Thailand for the winter? As a generic answer, you might get a call for a biometric appointment about six or seven weeks after the receipt (cannot be guaranteed)
  2. No reason at all. You are a citizen, you no longer have to report any address changes to USCIS.
  3. I know this is a relatively older thread but make sure the flight you book is fully refundable. Read the terms and conditions before booking such a flight.
  4. I thought GE can be used to get entry at any of the federal buildings. Oh well
  5. Thank you! Looking forward to closing out the immigration chapter once and for all.
  6. Got my interview scheduled for 5/19
  7. Get a lawyer before you file. Also I am not sure what the effect is of your petty crime (if there is none that’s good) but I wouldn’t file till 2027 (if your 2020 case was taken care of in 2022). Whatever you do, talk to a lawyer first.
  8. Could you contact your Senator or Congressman / Congresswoman and see if they can do anything?
  9. Reached out to a live agent and they said my case is still at NBC. No change, so when the countdown to 0 is complete, it will stay there till the time USCIS does something with the case.
  10. Is it outside of normal processing times? If it is, try and raise a service request? It may not do much.
  11. So another way to slow down everything. Great use of limited resources at hand.
  12. I like to think that staying in any country for a decent amount of time is what should make you a citizen. Paperwork is admin stuff. I am of course referring to being here legally and not getting into arguments of illegally or legally.
  13. Mine were reused from 8+ years ago.
