My wife and I filed her I-751 back around October 10 and got a text with a receipt number. However, we never received the NOA 797C (USCIS says it was mailed). We've gone back and forth with the USCIS trying to get an Online Account Code in order to access the letter to no avail. Since my wife needs to travel for work we decided to just request an appointment for an I-551 stamp. Will she be able to get the stamp without providing an NOA? The officer I spoke to seemed to think so but would be great to hear from someone else who may have been in a similar sitation.

I'm hoping to get an ADIT stamp for upcoming travel -- does anyone know the earliest I can call to request an Info Pass session for it be considered urgent? There didn't seem to be info online. I'm not sure if it needs to be only 10 days before travel or maybe two weeks? Thanks.
