Hi guys, I did not explain properly to the person wrote an affidavit of support for my removal of conditions and he wrote "opportunity to become a citizen of USA" at the end. i really really dont want to bother people at all so to avoid asking to do it again 1) can I just give it as is? or will create more issues than good? 2) should add a separate note explaining the mistake proactively 3) do not include the letter at all without a fix first. TIA

Hi folks, I was a k-1. my green card (I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) was approved January 13, 2023 and expires January 13, 2025. I have not received any notification that extends for 48 months instead of 24. Should I contact USCIS or Im not applicable for the extension? TIA

Oh that really helps thank you so much!!! Regarding the last name change, i know that per law is not allowed but when i go to our embassy to reguster my marriage they cant change my name there?

I have my old last name on passport (maiden), my green card has my new last name. I dont have my maiden name at green gard.

Hi all, My conditional green card is Christina NewLastName. My passport is Christina OldLastName. I did not keep my old last name as maiden. Is it safe to travel with airticket in OldLastName + Passport + Marriage certificate?
