I've received an email of appointment cancelled from NVC. But i never got an appointment in the first place. Does someone know anything about it?

My approval was on feb, 4th. Until now, no email with an interview date.

When you mentioned feb, are you talking about people who had interview to march and had it cancelled?

Hi, I just saw your message and I was wondering how did you get to expedite your daughter's process?
My sons (both minors) were approved by NVC in March, right before they shut down the embassies.
I am going crazy since they can't travel alone and no one can bring them here to see me (They rea in brazil and we have a travel ban there, bcz of covid)
I got some days off to travel to Brazil to see them by the end of the year and we would like to request the emergency interview, so they can start the new year here (since it is a new school year in Brazil).
Give me some references, pleaseeee
