    Has anyone paid after landing? We had no idea there was another fee to be paid so my husband landed on April 27th and we paid the fee on May 21st. SS says his card is pending and immigrant fee received is the only notice on the uscis account still. We did send in an after 90 days notice.

    We got a notice that they need to respond by May 1st from our Lawyer, but no case updates since Feb 23rd.

    I have sent a handwritten letter, a typed letter and an email. All were responded with the generic email response.

    You could try calling the border and asking them about the damaged package and the wait time from the consulate/post. They may be able to confirm that you need a new one or if that one is fine.

    We filed on the 31st of January. No notice of receipt yet, but have had 3 updates on the account Feb 14th, 17th and 23rd.
