    Has anyone paid after landing? We had no idea there was another fee to be paid so my husband landed on April 27th and we paid the fee on May 21st. SS says his card is pending and immigrant fee received is the only notice on the uscis account still. We did send in an after 90 days notice.

    We got a notice that they need to respond by May 1st from our Lawyer, but no case updates since Feb 23rd.

    I have sent a handwritten letter, a typed letter and an email. All were responded with the generic email response.

    You could try calling the border and asking them about the damaged package and the wait time from the consulate/post. They may be able to confirm that you need a new one or if that one is fine.

    We filed on the 31st of January. No notice of receipt yet, but have had 3 updates on the account Feb 14th, 17th and 23rd.

    Hi Ice-Qube- We filed with Hacking as well and they mailed out the case to Montreal on Jan. 31st. Do you happen to remember how much time passed from them mailing it to your received date? I am trying to piece together a bit of a timeline. Thanks!

    Just approved our complaint today! It should be filed within the next 14 days. *fingers crossed* Also the end is in site Ice-qube! Stay strong!

    It is a US company so the total will be $4500 US.

    Its really tough to swallow for sure. I do better with timelines though and at least this is giving me a vague one verses nothing.

    Well, the trigger has been pulled. Contract and payment sent into Hacking Law to start the WOM. Ooftah. My bank account hurts.
