Tim Walz Spends Entire CNN Interview Making Balloon Animals To Distract Attention From Kamala Harris SAVANNAH, GA — All three and a half minutes of leaked footage from CNN's pre-recorded interview with Kamala Harris and Tim Walz broke the internet this morning, revealing that Walz spent the entire duration of the interview making balloon animals to distract the interviewer from Kamala Harris. The video showed Walz furiously constructing elaborate animal shapes out of balloons in a desperate attempt to avoid having Harris answer any questions. "Oh, look, here's another one!" Walz desperately shouted around two minutes into the interview. "Hey, eyes on me, eyes on me! I have a balloon! It's an ELEPHANT and it's RED! Biden To Get Away From Pressures And Demands Of Beach With Brief Vacation To White House REHOBOTH BEACH, DE — Sources close to President Joe Biden report that he had recently decided to "take a break" from the pressures and demands of life on the beach by taking a brief vacation to the White House. According to an anonymous staffer, the constant strain of lying on the beach had forced Biden to plan a quick weekend getaway in D.C., if only for the sake of his health. "That's right, Jack! I'm gonna take a vacruiblethahthe in the… you know, the place!" Biden reportedly shouted at a coatrack on his way out of the beach house. Illegal Immigrants Try to Board School Buses in California Maybe this story will catch the interest of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, seeing as it happened in her state, involves school buses (which she loves as much as Venn diagrams), and it reflects poorly on her as being "tough as nails" on illegal immigration in California. FOX 5 San Diego reports that a group of illegal immigrants tried to hijack two school buses along Highway 94 in San Diego County. The Jamul-Dulzura Union School district has issued a warning that if a school bus encounters a group of migrants at a stop, it will keep rolling. This is not comforting. This author has some really heartfelt things to say about this incident, as well as good food for thought. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A Woman Dies at Her Desk and Is Found 4 Days Later; It Says Volumes About Our Lack of Connection [...] This tragic story is less about our unhealthy relationship with work and the workplace, and more about our disconnection from face-to-face interaction and community connection. I blame devices for some of this, and I am too often just as guilty as everyone else. We rely on Facebook, texts, and other social media to check in on people, including our family and loved ones. Heck, we don't even know who is running our country, and some of us don't care. This is how disconnected we have become as a country. At one job where I worked for seven years, [...] https://redstate.com/jenniferoo/2024/08/29/a-woman-dies-at-her-desk-and-is-found-four-days-later-says-volumes-about-our-society-n2178686

Interesting! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 'Orchestrated Coup': Chuck Schumer More of a Central Player in Scheme to Force Biden Out Than We Knew [...] Though it has been previously reported that Sen. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) had a hand in the negotiations to convince Biden to step to the side, Schumer's role has been portrayed as a reluctant one, as one of someone who really didn't want to get in the middle of the infighting after Biden's disastrous debate performance outside of some sense of loyalty to his (former) longtime Congressional colleague. Except a new report from the New York Times of all places shines more light onto Schumer's role, and as it turns out, he was much more of a central player in twisting the dagger than previously thought: [...] https://redstate.com/sister-toldjah/2024/08/29/orchestrated-coup-chuck-schumer-more-of-a-central-player-in-joe-biden-withdrawal-scheme-than-we-knew-n2178692

Ya gotta read this about Kommie's interview. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HOT TAKES: Internet Reacts to Weird Staging of Kamala's CNN Interview and Hulking Tim Walz Well, wonders will never cease—Kamala Harris actually sat for a formal interview. Of course, it wasn't live, it was taped, and it was conducted by a friendly face in CNN's Dana Bash. Meanwhile, the VP needed the comfort blanket of her running mate and Emotional Support Governor, Minnesota's Tim Walz, just to get through it. Many subjects were discussed, and to be fair, Bash actually asked her some pointed questions on her frequent flip-flopping, but the internet had a field day with something simpler: the staging. Namely, Kamala appeared to get the child's seat, while Walz looked like he was Hagrid sitting next to her. So About Those Oceans That Were Just About to Boil Away... It seems like only last year [it was only last year, Steve —Editor] that we were all going to die because the oceans were literally figuratively boiling away. I'm not sure whether it was the massive amounts of steam that were supposed to kill us or the resulting Sharknado. I just know that whatever the oceans are doing, it's a VERY BAD THING, even though the Great Barrier Reef seems to love it. Seriously, the GBR is in better shape than it's been in for years. But now, "surface ocean temperatures are plunging rapidly around the world with scientists reported to be puzzled at the speed of the recent decline, according to Chris Morrison at The Daily Sceptic this week. "Less puzzlement was to be found when the oceans were 'boiling' during the last two years," Morrison dryly noted. We appreciate the sentiment, but we consider this to be uppity on the part of inferior primates. And we are apes, not monkeys! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When Your Child Is an Animal "Monkey love is totally different than the way that you have love for your child," Tonia Haddix, an exotic animal broker, says at the beginning of "Chimp Crazy," the documentary HBO series investigating the world of chimpanzee ownership. "If it's your natural born child, it's just natural because you actually gave birth to that kid. But when you adopt a monkey, the bond is much, much deeper." New School Year Means New Approach to Pro-Palestinian Activists The tent-camps and building takeovers may have ended last spring when students returned home for summer, but the start of a new academic year means all of these activists are back and are once again trying to influence their peers. Jonathan Turley. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meta CEO Zuckerberg admits he was part of the Biden-Harris censorship scheme. You've been warned, America "I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it." Those words from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg came this week with an admission in a letter that his company, Facebook, did yield to pressure from the Biden-Harris administration to censor American citizens on a wide array of subjects. For those of us who have criticized Facebook for years for its role in the massive censorship system, Zuckerberg's belated contrition was more insulting than inspiring. It had all of the genuine regret as a stalker found hiding under the bed of a victim. Zuckerberg's sudden regret only came after his company fought for years to conceal the evidence of its work with the government to censor opposing views. Zuckerberg was finally compelled to release the documents by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and the House Judiciary Committee. Now forced to admit what many of us have long alleged, Zuckerman is really, really sorry. Matt Taibbi is completely correct here. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mark Zuckerberg needs to spill all on how FBI censored Americans On April 9, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) sent a letter to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, reminding him of a subpoena in search of communications between Meta, the FBI, and "alleged foreign influence or election integrity." Jordan's office subsequently released a "Facebook Files" series, revealing documents showing Meta executives worrying about "continued pressure … including from the White House" to remove content. Zuckerberg this week sent a letter that, in a country with a functioning news media, would have major ramifications. Not in direct response to Jordan's April query, it appears to have been sent at Zuckerberg's own volition, and is filled with passages deeply embarrassing to authorities. With campaign at full tilt, surprise! Jack Smith strikes again Late Tuesday afternoon, Jack Smith, the Biden-Harris administration's special counsel prosecuting Republican opponent Donald Trump, filed a new version of the indictment charging the former president with four felony counts related to the 2020 election and Jan. 6. Smith amended the indictment in an attempt to make it comport with the Supreme Court's decision on presidential immunity. Smith was apparently in a race against time because the Department of Justice frowns on prosecutors indicting candidates too close to an election, and we are obviously getting close to an election. From the Washington Post: "In about 10 days, a Justice Department policy known as 'the 60-day rule' will take effect forestalling any new filing of charges against the former president, who is again the Republican nominee for the White House." Now, you can look up the "60-day rule" and see that some experts believe the actual number is sort of vague or that it is really a 90-day rule. If that is the case, Smith missed the deadline by a lot. If the number is 60 days, he just made it. And by the way, the old 60- or 90-day rule was based on the fact that there was an actual election day when nearly everyone voted. That is no longer the case; in many states, it's more like election month. And with early voting starting as early as Sept. 20 in some states, Smith blew up the rule any way you look at it. The new indictment comes 24 days before voting starts in those states. [...] https://jewishworldreview.com/0824/york082824.php
