This kind of weather accentuates a personal problem. Stupid builder put the thermostat on the LOWER floor of this house. Even with all vents closed, the upstairs is at least 10 degrees warmer than downstairs, probably more. It's almost like climate-change every time anyone goes up or down. However, shouldn't complain after losing power last February and experiencing 52 F. inside for 37 hours. Texas grid supposed to hold up, this time.

The weatherman mentioned here that, in fact, Arizona is just about the only non-cold place in the lower 48 now.

You're very smart for thinking to supply extra evidence of your bona fide relationship for the interview. Others here can comment on whether it's possible to upload it on the CEAC site. Because the consular phase is often underestimated, go to the "Office Reviews" tab atop any VJ page, and read the reviews for Tbilisi. In the country portal for Georgia, look for members who have recently interviewed there, and find their consular reviews or their recent forum posts to look for helpful insights. Let us know what you find, and of course keep us apprised of what happens in the interview.

You can always do this, typically by handing it to the Locally Engaged Staff member (a native of the beneficiary's country who works at the consulate) when you're first called up. Then, mention it to the consul first thing, or if and when appropriate. Which consulate?
