Do you have an active tourist visa? Was the suicide attempt in the U.S., or another country? If you have an active visa and the attempt was elsewhere, I don't see why anyone at the port of entry would ask (or know) about your issue. If you're interviewing for a new tourist visa, the chief concern is immigrant intent, not your psychological history.

At halftime, packed up Mini-B., end of Two Guys week man. Just us and miu, empty casa man. Uninhibited party with the rubias starts imminently, queue the SWAT Team man.
