  1. FBI Expert Blames Anti-Trump Rhetoric for Assassination Attempt, Warns of More Attempts The second attempted assassination of Donald Trump in just nine weeks signals a chilling shift in American politics. Democrats and the media have been using increasing dangerous and violent rhetoric, and at least one former FBI expert says that this rhetoric is directly responsible for the assassination attempt. CNN's Erin Burnett interviewed former FBI counterterrorism agent Tim Clemente, who said that this level of violence targeting a former president is unprecedented. Clemente warns that we are becoming "more and more uncivilized" with political rhetoric reaching a dangerous tipping point. 3. Look at the naïve assumption in the last sentence quoted below. Amateur researchers! They probably can't even fling poo. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Marmosets Have a Skill Only Seen in Dolphins, Elephants, And You Marmosets are small, adorable monkeys native to South America, but it would be unwise to underestimate them. These diminutive simians are full of surprises, living sophisticated social lives in treetop troops. According to a new study, members of marmoset troops even call each other by names, a behavior only previously documented in three famously brainy animals: elephants, dolphins, and humans. Marmosets use specific vocalizations, known as "phee calls," to both identify and communicate with each other, the study's authors report. A naming system like this is no trivial discovery in any species, considering how few wild animals are known to have one. But it's especially interesting to find this in a fellow primate, because until now, we were the only primate known to identify each other by name. 4. Short and good article. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Media is asking the wrong questions about Trump assassination attempt [...] It's difficult to overstate how extraordinary it is to have two assassination attempts against a former president and presidential candidate coming within weeks of each other, both marked by staggering lapses. That in the wake of the first attempt a shooter was able to get this close to Trump is in itself bewildering. What's more, far from treating this as deserving of the most intense investigation, the media seems more focused on bending events to meet its most urgent ideological and political prerogative: preventing Trump from being re-elected. 5. This good (!) article is authored by the self-same rat-####### whose ###### incompetent "management" of the IV Unit at the ###### Guayaquil consulate hosed me and at least a half-dozen others. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PRM: The Obscure State Department Bureau That Fosters Global Illegal Migration It is remarkable how many well-informed conservative foreign policy strategists have never even heard of the State Department's Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM). Even those who closely follow immigration and border issues rarely understand the role PRM plays in accommodating and promoting the worldwide movement of illegal migrants. PRM should not be confused with State's Bureau of Consular Affairs, which is in charge of issuing visas to foreigners to enter the United States and is known in Foggy Bottom as "CA." Because so many interest groups constantly want more visas to be issued, CA gets its fair share of scrutiny from the media, lobbyists, and members of Congress. The PRM bureau has nothing to do with visas, and so it often flies under the conservative policy radar. PRM manages, along with DHS, the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. Under Biden-Harris, PRM currently resettles around 125,000 refugees annually. Trump had cut admissions down to 15,000. While 125,000 a year is not an insignificant number of admissions—and Biden-Harris want it to massively grow—the figure is still small potatoes compared to the millions of illegal and quasi-legal migrants that this administration has admitted into the country. Thus, even more consequential than PRM's refugee admissions is the bureau's diplomatic support and international grant-giving to the worldwide "irregular" migration industry. PRM doles out around $4 billion annually, mainly to establishment international organizations such as [...] https://www.theamericanconservative.com/prm-the-obscure-state-department-bureau-that-fosters-global-illegal-migration/
  6. Not directly against Pres. Trump, but closely related. Big stuff. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Documents Expose WI Attorney General Josh Kaul's Fraudulent 'Fake Electors' Case When Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul held a state capitol-steps press conference in early June to announce "forgery" charges against two former attorneys and an aide to former President Donald Trump for an alleged crime that took place nearly four years ago, it felt like the fix was in. New unsealed documents in Dane County Circuit Court suggest the real forgery is Kaul's politically weaponized investigation into Trump allies involved in the 2020 alternative electors contingency plan — what Kaul and corporate media have falsely billed as a "fake electors scheme." 7. The Cat Eaters of Ohio: The establishment media called it a racist myth, but is it? [...] During the debate, ABC's David Muir dismissed Trump's rhetoric with his version of a fact check, citing the Springfield city manager's statement that "there have been no credible reports of specific claims of pets being harmed, injured, or abused by individuals within the immigrant community." Other publications went further, blasting the former president for spreading a "racist smear," a "century-old stereotype," and a "cat-eating conspiracy theory." So, is there any truth to the charge? We have conducted an exclusive investigation that reveals that, yes, in fact, some migrants in Ohio appear to have been "eating the cats," though not exactly in the manner that Trump described. Our investigation begins in [...] https://christopherrufo.com/p/the-cat-eaters-of-ohio
  8. Another Assassination Attempt On Trump? No Surprise After Years Of Media Likening Him To Hitler [...] we don't yet know why someone again would want to assassinate Trump. But it seems very likely, at bare minimum, that he (they?) had burning hatred for him. And that hatred was likely stoked by relentless media attacks on Trump, in particular those likening him to Hitler. It's become sickeningly common, though it's gone on now for over eight years. 9. Media Assures Americans The Real Threat Is The Side That Keeps Getting Shot At U.S. — In the wake of yet another assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, the media sought to assure Americans that the real threat isn't the side doing the shooting. "Every time you see another attempt to kill a Republican, remember that Democrats are the party of peace and tolerance." 10. FBI Tries To Distract From Old Trump Assassination Attempt With New Trump Assassination Attempt U.S. — The Federal Bureau of Investigation decided to distract the public from their complete lack of progress on the old Trump assassination attempt with a shiny, new Trump assassination attempt. "Look, what's that over there? It's another person trying to shoot Trump! Oh no!" said FBI Director Christopher Wray. "Aw, shucks, looks like we don't have time to worry about Matthew Crooks and all his encrypted communication." 11. The 'Muslim Martin Luther' Has Been Convicted of Rape Tariq Ramadan, a Muslim intellectual who has been one of the foremost exponents, at least to non-Muslims in Europe and North America, of Islamic reform, has been convicted of rape. It is impossible to overstate how shocking this is for those who have praised Ramadan to the skies for so very long. For many years, Tariq Ramadan was the darling of the Western intelligentsia. In 2002, Salon hailed him as "the Muslim Martin Luther." In 2004, Time Magazine listed him as one of the 100 most influential people in the world today. In 2012, Foreign Policy included him on its list of the top 100 global thinkers "for telling us that Islam and democracy can go together — just when it matters." Now those accolades, and the many others that Ramadan received, stand as mute witness to the left's tendency to shower with honors those who tell it what it wants to hear. 12. Remember When Kamala Harris Joked About Killing Trump? The attempted assassination of Donald Trump on Sunday afternoon in Florida, just nine weeks after a previous attempt in Butler, Pa., has reignited concerns about the violent and hateful rhetoric coming from the political left. Mere days before Trump was shot in Butler, Joe Biden declared, "It's time to put Trump in the bullseye." Of course, that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the violent rhetoric from the left. For years, Biden and the Democratic Party have relentlessly compared Trump to Hitler, branding him a threat to democracy and a would-be dictator. Such rhetoric has continued to this day. Kamala Harris has been using incendiary rhetoric against Trump, just like Biden has. In fact, she once openly joked about killing him. In 2018, during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," DeGeneres asked Harris a lighthearted question. "If you had to be stuck in an elevator with either President Trump, Mike Pence, or Jeff Sessions, who would it be?" Kamala's response, however, took a darker turn: "Does one of us have to come out alive?" 15. Paycheck-to-paycheck voters will 'believe their lying eyes' and vote against Harris [...] Since the debate, many in the media and many Democrats have viewed Kamala Harris's well-practiced non-answer answers as a decided victory for her. While they may see it that way, there's a very good chance that most working-class Americans do not. After the debate, I conducted my own snap poll of friends and family members living paycheck-to-paycheck while getting battered daily by the harsh realities of life — harsh realities that everyone I spoke with believed have gotten worse under the Biden-Harris administration. DOJ Warns If Trump Is Elected He Will Do To Them All The Stuff They're Doing To Him WASHINGTON, D.C. — Officials from the Department of Justice issued a public warning that, if Donald Trump is elected, he will do to them all of the stuff they're currently doing to him. According to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Trump's election could prove disastrous to the DOJ. 19. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Home Depot Introduces 'Shame Alarm' That Blares If A Man Asks An Employee For Help HOUSTON, TX — The Home Depot has just announced a brand new "Alarm of Shame," which will be standard in all Home Depot locations by next week. The Alarm of Shame is meant to improve customer satisfaction and self-confidence by loudly blaring every time any so-called "man" asks an employee for help. "SHAME!! SHAME!!" blares the siren the moment a male degrades himself in the most humiliating way possible. Spotlights then reveal the location of the man-child, and other shoppers are encouraged to either laugh or join in yelling "SHAME!!" 20. This is masterfully written, and I think it's an accurate expression of what's going on and what we're feeling. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Debate at the Kitchen Table ABC staged a debate this week. A presidential debate. Ostensibly between former president Donald J. Trump and former senator Kamala Harris, but in actuality between Trump and the partnership of Harris and ABC. There is always media bias. To some extent, unconscious media bias is unavoidable. But we don't expect it to be blatant; the viewer doesn't expect antics like we saw this week, when the ABC moderators repeatedly declared Mr. Trump's statements lies, and never called out Ms. Harris's blatant lies. We call it "fact-checking" today, a term coined in social media for when our high-tech overlords punish a writer for stating something with which the gurus disagree. But it's not really fact-checking, is it? It's an invasion of a conversation, a denial of free speech, a thumb on the scale. In the case of a presidential debate, it's electioneering. And it virtually invalidates the value of our constitutionally protected free press in this process. ABC's refusal even to try to act as an impartial host rendered this debate useless. So let's look instead at the other debates — millions of them — going on in America, both that day and every day in 2024. 23. This was unexpected. A step in the right direction. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BREAKING: Pennsylvania Court Ruling a Massive Election Integrity Win on Mail-In Ballots Remember during the 2020 elections, when several blue states (including the commonwealth of Pennsylvania) rewrote on the fly the laws about how, when, and where mail-in ballots (AKA vote by mail) would be counted? It led to many voters becoming jaded and distrustful of a system that had been considered one of the most honest and free to hold elections in the world. Courts ended up striking down those revised laws, and now we have news of a massive win for election integrity on mail-in ballots by the state Supreme Court in one of those states--the Keystone state of Pennsylvania: [...] https://redstate.com/beccalower/2024/09/13/new-court-ruling-a-big-election-integrity-win-on-mail-in-ballots-in-pennsylvania-n2179302
