Did you file the expedite request with the NVC? Because we have our file stuck at the NVC and the embassy says they can't expedite until the file gets to them. So I'm trying to find out if it's possible to expedite with the NVC directly to an interview appointment 

Does anyone know if Mumbai is starting up spouse visa appointments? I've only seen that they are doing student and K1 visas right now
