I never updated mine for my wife its up to you pretty much if you want otherwise it's not a requirement as far as I have witnessed and seen from few other people

Congratulations on receiving the interview letter and regarding 2023 tax it's not a problem as long as you have w-2 for it. I had the same issue when my wife interview was coming but the IO didn't even looked at the papers although I didn't updated any thing online too except the 3 previous years tax documents and I gave her 2022 tax return to take by hand but IO didn't look at the papers so you are good just let your wife know to take every thing incase he asks for them. Hello all, I have tep questions. 1. My wife has recently issued a us immigration visa but her us visa has 2 * infront of annotation. What does that mean. 2. How to change the address for delivery of GC since her visa is approved and issued since my address has changes and she will he travelling in 2 weeks. I can't do it online since her petition is closed. Thanks

Ok it might be a weird question but on my wife us visa there are 2 stars in front of annotation. Any one else had the same on their us visa

Thank you it's a relief to know that this is normal and I am grateful to Allah Pak for making us through this painful almost 4 year long journey and thank you to every one on here for helping each other out and supporting and lifting up one another. Immigration journey is not easy and its long and test of your patience. All the best to every one whose waiting to be together with their significant others.

Hello every one, Just wanted to share the good news with you all that my wife visa has been approved. Her interview was a bit hard one as stated by her since I was divorced so IO mostly focused his questions around my divorce. Like why did it happen, and if she knows my ex? How did we meet? How long before the marriage we knew each other? And was it arranged marriage or love marriage? Have you travelles together outside Paksitan with your husband? In our case ot was London so then he asked Who live there? Then he asked about our daughter? Is she a us citizen which she is so he wanted to see Her passport but my wife didn't took it with her so he asked to see her birth certificate. Then he saw my financial documents and asked what does I do for a living? How long i stayed in Pakistan? When did I leave Pakistan? What job I was doing before my current job since I switched careers. Afterwards he gave her the congratulation paper and told her to make an account for passport pickup. And that's it. I hope it helps all of you who are waiting for their interview. Thanks

Definitely I'll let you guys know how it went. This thread helped alot of people like me. And I have read it here and on reddit. Mostly say to send an email to the embassy before taking any child since consulates usually don't allow it and since the interview is tomorrow no way I'll be able to get a reply in time.

You shouldn't be worried about things you didn't get. Probably every thing was sent electronically. She should be fine even if asked she can honestly tell them she didn't get any cd or xray.

Tax period us till April 2024 so if your husband interview comes before it you don't need to present the 2023 tax return 2022 will suffice but what you can do is give him the w-2 for 2023 as a supporting document because the officer just want to see if you made above the poverty line in 2023

Ok every one i have received the interview letter for my wife just now the date is Jan 5 2024. Best of luck to all who are waiting for their interview letters. Secondly wanted to ask that the interview email just say that print out and take it to the embassy but their is not barcode at the bottom at my time the interview email use to have barcodes secondly it doesn't has a link to the approved site for.medical centers if any one can help in this regard. Thanks

As per pak immigration last update the dates covered last month were from 26 Jan 2022 to 24 March 2022

Status will change between 3 to 4 days usually

This is normal it will change to issued once the passport has visa stamped on it And congratulations

Your DQ date is April 4 2022 ? Did they also cover first week of April or your case was an expedite case.
