  1. I have had same job for 5 years. 1 I-9/. not a requirement. Probably an employer requirement.
  2. Make sure all pages of the form are included.
  3. I was just looking at that. I would submit the records. the anytime in your life part slipped by me at first.
  4. you were 10 when you left. 3 out of 4 mention 16 years or older...... Makes me think your 10 years in south Africa do not count here.
  5. One thing I might add to the camera tickets. If they dont have a picture of the operator and just the plate number the owner gets the ticket as you are responsible for the operation of your vehicle. Back in the 70s the German Police would come to our barracks to collect the fines. With him would be a picture of your car with the plate and you operating it. Hard to dispute the violation and we just paid lol
  6. Dont know what they have in Hungary but here we have a certicicate of Absolute divorce which is issued 90 days after the divorce date. That is what I provided. Never had to submit a divorce decree. Check out that option if they have one. "Certicicate of Absolute Divorce" See if they have this in Hungary. Its available from the court that granted the divorce.
  7. You get wjat you pay for. I have been dealing with USCIS fpr 7 years now. They tried to raise the fees but everybody complained so fees are the same. Seeing that USCIS is self supporting, we are going through worst recession in 50 years and the workload of free services (you dont think the illegals are actually going to pay) and everything has gone up in price so to keep the budget services are way down. Thats my take on all this. iIn 2017 our 485 was 7 months, 2019 our 751 was 10 months and 2020 was our N400 7 months. Good times eh
  8. how old is the sister that was approved? Anything different between you girls?
  9. You may get some good info here if you ask the questions. Lots of knowledge here.
  10. Very good site, thanks
  11. I think they are saying some countries still require a visa for LPRs. I know my wife being from the philippines still needed a visa to enter Italy at the time. I know Bermuda also lets you in as we visited there.
  12. Thanks, this answered all my questions. Passport, Check! Return Ticket, Check E-Travel, Will do within 72 hours Visa.... When I get there
  13. That would be great, we leave on the 15th. I tried going to the Philippines web sites and its confusing. that e travel thing can only be filled out a few days befor you leave so make sure they do that.
  14. You are right, etravel lives on! The Philippines Entry Regulations (Updated October 3rd, 2023) The Philippines has lifted all COVID-19 measures for international travelers. This means that tourists or temporary visitors no longer have to present proof of vaccination to enter the country. This allows individuals to visit the Philippines regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status. The Philippines, however, requires travelers to register for an eTravel card within 72 hours before departure. This browser-based system features an easier and shorter registration process so travelers no longer need to download and install an app on their phones. Follow the Philippines Department of Tourism or contact the Philippines Bureau of Immigration for the latest advice. With the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, this tropical paradise awaits you with exciting adventures, unmatched natural beauty, and a wide array of aquatic activities. To plan your dream vacation to the Philippines, check out our tour offers. Also don't miss out our blog articles on this captivating destination.
  15. To be truthful it looks like you put more effort into your education and careerThan anything else. You got your green card through marriage. Wouldnt be the first time some citizen got snookered by someone on a mission.
  16. Thanks Jeanne, Was kind of looking for entry info into the Philippines. Anything availabe to you on that?
  17. Well its that time of year again. We will be headed over on the 15th of December for our annual Christmas venture. Does anyone here know of any new requirements? I'm pretty sure its all gone away but I just want to make sure. Please feel free to respond or ask any questions of your own.
  18. Not just a lawyer but one who knows the issues here and knows how to work with them. shop around .
  19. But then comes the bounty hunters. Track you down and turn you in to collect half the bounty..... it could work. Did in the old days.
  20. We could start a bond system, Kind of like posting bond to get out of jail. Those from certain countries who have a habit of never going home get the bigger bond. Those more trusted get a lower one. You get it back when you leave ontime and you lose it if your late.
