Hello, my interview for IR1 visa case is in a few weeks and after filing taxes my spouse noticed her income is above the HHS poverty guidelines requirement. When we were DQd her income did not meet the threshold so we had to get a joint sponsor. Should we still upload the necessary updated documents of our joint sponsor or just go with my spouses most recent W2 and tax return that confirms her income is well above the requirement. Any opinion and advice will be deeply appreciated.

Hello Guys, I am desperately in need of assistance and information on whether you can ADD a new joint sponsor before an already scheduled visa appointment. My joint sponsor has not filed her taxes for the 2022 tax year yet; and as such will be unable to provide me with the tax transcript required for my interview. However, my spouses mum has agreed to be the new joint sponsor because she has already filed her taxes and has the transcript. Is it possible to change the the joint sponsor a month before my interview and upload the necessary documents of the joint sponsor before the interview? Urgently need a response. Thank you.
