  1. August filer here with pending I-751. I've seen other filers in my area approved back in November (theirs was based on the five year rule). The waiting game is tough.
  2. Based on some people I know locally who have been through the process recently and Seattle immigration timelines on VJ. I did see some March filers with pending I-751s saying similar back in November, so maybe this is causing a delay.
  3. Seattle filer, processing time states 6 months but most are given interviews around the 4 month mark. We have a friend who applied around the same time under the 5 year rule and they were approved over a month ago now. I've tried chatting via Emma and they say my case is still with the NBC.
  4. Mid August filer here with a pending I-751. Still nothing. My estimated decision went from taking longer than expected to 4 months with the USCIS update. People from my local field office who filed after me are now done with their journey.
  5. Any August filers still waiting? I was able to chat with Emma and the agent said my app is still with the NBC. I-751 is also pending.
  6. I’m in the same position. Seattle filer and others who applied around the same time/after already have interviews scheduled. Perhaps combo cases take longer to process? My estimated completion time is 21 days and it looks like there’s no way of that happening now.
  7. Estimated decision time updated to 30 days. My case is still being actively reviewed. I-751 is also pending and saying the same.
  8. For those of you with pending I-751s, do you feel your cases took longer to process due to this? I'm seeing a bunch of people who filed around the same time as me getting interviews but I'm still on case is being actively reviewed. :(
  9. I wonder why some cases are taking longer than others. Same FO, August filer but my roc is also pending. We have a friend who filed on the same day as us (5 year rule not based on marriage) and they now have their interview scheduled.
  10. Good to know, thank you!
  11. Do pending I-751/N-400 cases typically take longer to process? We have a friend who applied on the same day in August (has a 10 year gc for the past 8 years) and was scheduled for their N-400 interview this week. I’ve also seen that people get an I-751 was transferred update but mine is still stuck on case is being actively reviewed.
  12. Mine says, cmsfailure: false ackedbyadjudicatorandcms: true Any idea what that means?
  13. Ah good to know, thank you as always!
  14. Hi everyone, I applied for citizenship last week and almost immediately received biometrics reuse and receipt notice updates. When the forms arrived in the mail, I realized the receipt notice has a received date but not a priority date. I double checked with my online account and the same appears there. Is it normal for the N-400 receipt notice to not have a priority date?
  15. That makes sense. Thank you!
