So ESTA never again. There it is never a guarantee when applying for any visa. She can definitely tried, is cheap. The upcoming will always depend on the analysis of the consulate office. My only tip is to be honest, always. Good luck

No, she is not. Because you do not like an option does not mean that was a violation. You are deliberately skipping some important questions and this is why the person told that is vague. I will make the same question. Are you and your husband born and Mexico and after gaining US citizenship? When was that?

Hello there, I sent my I-751 in July of 2021. In January of this year, 2023, I applied for citizenship and I already get a interview scheduled. Do I need to call or do anything to get a combo interview or there is nothing I can you more than way and expect that they will maybe do a combo interview? thanks

F1 Visa Revoked at interview
PaulaCJohnny replied to Emphasis-'s topic in Student & Exchange Visitor Visas
Argentina is a great place too. You can obviously try to apply again. Just one question. How come your 18 years sister a US citizen? Since birth? Is your parents residents too? Because maybe this part of your life is what are making them assuming that you will also try to stay here. -
F1 Visa Revoked at interview
PaulaCJohnny replied to Emphasis-'s topic in Student & Exchange Visitor Visas
Apply again will not change the situation. Will show that you are really desperate. Remember that a visa is not a right. They can give you one or not. They gave you any option to appeal? What is your home country? Because this can play a role too. -

“…Which state/area would you recommend for retirement purpose? Lower cost of living with a great community and ease of travelling around and out of US.” If you find this place please let us now. The US is huge, and there is no such thing as “easy of traveling around “. Maybe Europe is a better idea if this is your goal. But let me get this straight, do you want receive SS benefits but want to use the US as a visit place and not your home? Interesting.

Need advise
PaulaCJohnny replied to Jac16's topic in Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas
You can see the guides here in VJ. You can do both, depends what you want to do. When adjusting your status you cannot work without EAD or live the country. Do you know that right? -
They are asking for MM/DD/YYYY. I think if you put just the year the system will not accept. There is no other person that can check this information? Or you will need to wait until your Mother in Law returns

Expedite Denied… Help
PaulaCJohnny replied to Dbal07's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Expedite is based on the US citizen situation. Unfortunately I don’t see applying again will change it. If he is struggling you can help him financially. Help him go to another place. He being here in the US also will be your responsibility because k1 cannot work. So, my advice is to help him now. Unfortunately his safety is not an immigration matter. Good luck -
Hello. If your situation didn’t change regardless your ties to your home country, will be really hard to get a different result. ESTA is dead to you. Once you try to apply for a B2 you cannot apply for a ESTA, ever again. Applying in another country is another red flag, imo. Looks like you are trying to find a back door. The denial was about ties, applying in another country shows 100% that you are not tied tou Netherlands. Also shows a level of desperation . Looks really difficult to get approved but you will need to apply to check. By the way, they are not obligated to accept and review any paperwork that you bring to the interview. Normally your case is already decided based on the information provided in the application form. Good luck.

Valid Reasons to Expedite? (merged)
PaulaCJohnny replied to arowana's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
If you get a wedding k-1 is no longer for you You do not just switch to another visa like that. You will need to get some proofs of marriage, joint account and other things and apply for the CR1. Speed and immigration are things that do not like each other. 2 years is aprox what’s waiting for you. Sorry to be realistic but all those process take time and before you accept it will be easier. I saw you other post about expedite and unfortunately you are not the only wanting things ASAP. Immigration is not a right. You and your child (once process is finalized) enter the US in any moment. Your wife can try apply for a visitor visa but will be hard to get it and I don’t think she will be away from the baby. I wish you patient for this long journey. Good luck -
Are you. US citizen correct? If so you need to check the F4 visa. The waiting time for India is about 15+ years. How know they are taking cases from 2005, 18 years ago. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2022/visa-bulletin-for-march-2022.html Start your search about how to apply and etc here https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/family-immigration.html Good luck
