I applied for my naturalization 1 and 1/2 years after my I-751. In 2 and 1/2 months after I get my N-400 appointment and the officer told be when I was entering the room: “By the way, I already approved your Remove of Conditions.” I told him that my husband was outside if he need to conduct an interview and he told me that was not needed. I received the notice of approval on my USCIS account the day after and by mail for both forms 5 days later. Oath ceremony 3 week after the interview. Each case and office is different. I wish that you will be getting great news soon!!

Mine was in Michigan and guests were allowed. No mobile phone but you can bring a camera 📷!! Good luck -
Expired Green Card
PaulaCJohnny replied to naha1975's topic in General Immigration-Related Discussion
Nothing. He abandoned his status here. On what base did he get his Green card? If he have a USC sibling they can apply for a new one. Will take not less than 15 years -
Hello house, please am from Nigeria and my husband is from United States of America. We want to file for i-130 and form i-130a online, but we don't know if it's best to do it ourselves or employ the services of an attorney. (merged)

In my experience attorneys are a waste of money if your case is simple and don’t have a lot of red flags. My advice is really all the guidelines here and on the USCIS website and in case of doubts, ask to us. -
You will receive an extension letter for the period that you are not still approved. 48 months is the new Extensions. As @Crazy Cat mentioned, when applying for citizenship the things are moving much more fast. I applied to I-751 June 2021. Applied for citizenship January 2023, Marcha 2023 Interview for the Citizenship and they not even interviewed me for the I-751, they approved the ROC and citizenship. Taking my Oath in a couple of days. Remove of Conditions are taking too much time. Some people are waiting for 4 years.

I do not think you can just do that. Some doctor sent the information directly to the Consulate. In your case, the Doctor told that he will delivery to your fiancé? Check this first so you will not expend more money and time if in the end will create more confusion. There is it nothing to approve on a medical exam. The Doctor rude or not will not just put his career in jeopardy lying about a patient just because the didn’t like him. IMO. This process is stressing and sometimes we overthink things. I’m not saying that your fiancé has no reason to complain about a rude doctor, but the doctor can not just put there: Please disapprove this person because I don’t like him. He have no power. Try to find out first when will the results be ready and if they will give to your fiancé or to the Consulate. Just one question. When was the medical exams? Because I saw in your profile that your interview was about 1 month ago. Was the medical done before or after? What is the status after the interview?

To be realistic, nothing. You had broken the conditions of your visa and now you need to deal with the consequences. A lot of flights where available to people get back to their home country during 2020. 2021 and 2022 flights where pretty normal. Now you need to deal with the consequences of your decision. Sorry for be realistic.

I think you need to read more about local law. For example in my case I needed to show that I was a legal resident to have the interview in the Consulate. And like @powerpuff said you probably need a visa to marry there. Her UK visa status is a different case from your CR1/IR1 US Visa. If the local law needs her to present a legal resident document I’m pretty sure that the marriage certificate will not be a valid one.

Oath ceremony date
PaulaCJohnny replied to manisali45's topic in US Citizenship Case Filing and Progress Reports
What’s the status on MyUSCIS? City? Always depends on the amount of people that they need to do the ceremony. Like everything, this will take a time but will be complete. She is in the last part of the journey. Deep breath and calm to continue! Good Luck -
I don’t know where you get your information but I think is incomplete and wrong. Are you saying about the marriage on the Brazilian Consulate or the regular one on the Comuna (Registro Civil)? If is the one in the Comina You will need an appointment, medical exams (This can be asked depending on the judge or Comuna, each one is different. that need to be done some weeks before get married), they asked me a bill or any proof of that I was living in the area of the Comuna, 2 witnesses and more stuff. Buenos Aires is not Las Vegas. Do your research better before try to do something like this.

@Crazy Cat I followed your advice. I went to the N-400 interview with my husband. He stayed at the waiting room and I went to a room with the Interviewer and when I enter the room he told me: “Oh, by the way I already approved your I-751.” I told him that my husband was outside and he told me that he saw him and that was not necessary a interview. Your advice to apply for citizenship to help to move the I751 faster was great. I had planned to apply next year but I did this year and in 3 months I get everything finalized. Thank you!! This is why I love this community!!

Porque queres pagar a alguém para hacer eso? Porque no lo podes hacerlo vos? Recuerda que los documentos tienen información súper sensible. No dejes que cualquiera tenga acceso.

Investment visa if he was more than 500k, work visa if he is high skilled, students visa if he have the funds but I don’t think he can bring any child over 21. There is not a lot of options. You wife can just apply for him when she becomes a US Citizen and will take around 15 years. He cannot come and adjust status. Or just came to live here because the want.

Question about online account login
PaulaCJohnny replied to Rocio0010's topic in USCIS Service Centers
I changed mine in the past too and I get all the new notifications on the new account. No problem at all -
@roninlongshanks You sounds really in love but as others said I think you need to understand the immigration process more before giving this step. First try to meet her in person. I don’t know if you are a young person or not, but internet is tricky. Real life can be really different. Besides that marriage is a really important decision the immigration process does not make things smooth. Nobody thinks on this part when they are in love but you will be tied for 10 years (depending on the circumstances) financially to this person if you bring her to the US. Based on your salary you look to be at the limit so maybe you will probably need a co-sponsor for the immigration side. For the real life one you are tight. If your future wife came here in K1 visa (will take around 2 years to get her here) or if she tried to enter using tourist visa and marry here to adjust status (this will be illegal) she will not be able to work for a long period of time. If you marry and apply for CR1 will take at least 2 years to get her here. She can work immediately. Does she have any qualifications or a job career that she want to do here? Like I said, immigration is not easy or fast, and is not a right, so does not mean that because she will be your wife that you can just bring her tomorrow. For online marriage you will need to meet her in person before the marriage is really valid by the USCIS. Maybe you can go to Kenya and live with her there. Can this be a option? Check all the guides here in avisa Journey and please do not believe in shortcuts or magic promises. This will be a difficult and bumpy road. Be careful and prepare. Good luck
