Have you ever contact a lawyer about the “Revocation of Petition” thing? About the marriage fraud or something like this. What about request FOIA? Maybe this can show anything that you are missing. What’s your husband country? Have you visited him more times? Have you ever thought about moving to there?

Unfortunately there is not an especial visa for your siblings case. You can read about refugee visa, but my advice is if they are in danger the best and fast solution is prova find a near country. US immigration is not a simple and fast process. Like @Boiler said, if you use a normal process for siblings visa, they waiting time right now is 15+ years. Just a fact: In 2023 at least 32 countries currently in war and conflicts and not all countries had gained US immigration benefits. I’m really sorry about your family situation. I hope they can find a safe place ASAP!! Good Luck

I didn’t sent any photo. On extra evidencies I sent: My I-751 extension letter (so they could see that I was still waiting for that, in hope to get a combo interview) Some trips that we made. Some medical bills And some renovation paper that we did on our home. My case is already approved and I’m a US citizen now. I hope this can help you. Good luck

How far in advance should I arrive at the consulate for the interview?
PaulaCJohnny replied to Lkkclub123's topic in Canada
Depends on the Consulate, normally 30 minutes is ok. You can obviously be close by and ask before your time but they will let you know if you can go inside or not. Good Luck -
Unfortunately this is not possible. This is what everyone want, be close to their love ones during this long and stressful process but this is not how immigration process work. Again, like I told you, there is not shortcut. Maybe you think I’m being rude but this is not my intention. I’m not trying to crush your love story! I’m trying to bring you to the reality of this process. If you have the possibility to live with her on the Philippines or anywhere else, this will be my suggestion. She cannot, per example, apply for a Tourist Visa and live here in the US with you for 2 years (time that the CR1 normally takes). This is not the purpose of the tourist visa. If she have a nice job waiting for her, you can check if they want to sponsor her, but even this one will not be quick. The best right now is focus in learn the process IMO. You will find a lot of “shortcuts “ ideas that can create a lot of unnecessary problems in the process. 2 years will flight fast and when approved she can live here with you happily!! good luck

… you received a lot of good advices on your last post. Spoiler alert: There is not back door, fast way or nothing like that on immigration process. You will have to apply and wait like anyone else. If you have some amazing circumstances that maybe can convince USCIS to expedite your case you can always try this. Be careful with shortcuts, this can put more obstacles in your way. Do the correct thing is always the best choice. If you are impatient you can always move to her country or to a third one that both have the rights to be a resident. Good luck.

Is she an US CITIZEN? How can you apply for a US passport for her? She doesn’t have the rights to obtain an US Passport just because she married you. About this point: I need some advice on this, he also said I would need to marry her again in the US Not true! Your marriage is valid in any other country if was made based on the local laws. Please, explain your situation better because what you are planning is not right . Look the Guides here on VJ and on the USCIS website. You both need to educate yourself about this process.

N400 next week. Guidance on current package
PaulaCJohnny replied to Reed1812's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
I also didn’t get the combo one but I added my Extension letter for the I-751 on my documents for the N-400. The agent didn’t not interview me for the ROC, he approves without interview. My husband was with me in case my he (USCIS agent) told me that everything was fine and just I just did the Naturalization one. I hope they do the same with you. Good luck -
YES! Does affect for sure. @SalishSea is 100% right. Timeline is from start to finish of the process. Even if she is pass the interview she will not get citizenship finalized before having the I-751 approved. So the Citizenship will be on hold until the Remove of conditions is done.
-
The Remove of conditions right now when applying they sent you an extension letter for 48 months (4 years). Some people waited that long. I applied for citizenship and this speeded my case I guess. I did based on the recommendation of others member here and really help my process. I hope others can comment here soon and give you more ideas. Good luck again and I really sorry about your parents situation.

I think you are jumping one step. REMOVE OF CONDITIONS. If you enter the country on a CR1 you have the 2 years green card, so 90 days before expiration you need to apply for I-751.This is the part that is taking more time. The date for apply for citizenship is correct if you will be applying based on 3 years for married with a US citizen. Citizenship application always depends on which City/State you are resident. I applied for mine in January 2023 and get my Oath Ceremony on May 2023. They also approved my I-751 without interviewing me and my husband. Each case is unique and times are never guarantee in a Immigration process. My advice: Safe all the good evidence and be organized. About point 3 - You are free to travel anytime. Why you think you need citizenship to do that? Good Luck
-
She Will not received a greencard. She will, if approved, received CR1 visa that will be attached to her passport. Once the visa is given she will have 6 months (from the date of the medical exams) to enter the US. Once here (and after pay the $220 fee) she will receive the Greencard. Mine back in 2019 did took 1 month to arrived. Good luck.

No. You are dealing with an immigration process and for a lot of bureaucracy. Do you have any idea how many cases they deal per day? Thousands if not hundred of thousand! Like @SalishSea said you will need to take a huge dose of patience because sent the case is the easiest part. Now you have around 2 years of waiting if everything in your case is ok. Your petitioner will receive a confirmation by mail too. Good luck and be patient for not get frustrated all day, will be a looooooong journey.
