  1. I understand. Addresses and jobs always from current to go back when we filing up the form. But OP confused about the start date and not the current
  2. list all the addresses where u live start from the date of ur LPR start
  3. its unrelated with the case number. it really like roll the dice and got pick up by the officer or not. i helped 5 people filing AOS between september 23 - Jan 2024 1. filed Sep 2023, got EAD in 30 days, approved GC in 70 days - Nov 23. B2 overstayed for 5 years 2. filed Oct 2023, crickets ( no EAD) adjust from EB-2 3. filed Oct 2023, crickets(no EAD) adjust from b2-asylum-removal proceeding terminated 4. filed Nov 2023, biometric Feb 2024 ( dont know why appointment it's late), 2 weeks later, Feb 2024 EAD produced - adjust from J1 overstayed for 4 years. 5. filed Jan 2024, crickets, no EAD even after biometric. adjust from B2 overstay 5 years obviously the number is just an ongoing number, unrelated with approval. but i noticed, the people ( that i helped) that adjust from B2 overstay, got their EAD/GC faster compare to people that has "past" immigration history. i.e : asylum, EB2 etc
  4. my marriage certificate reflected old one because i still lived there at that time, 3 days later i moved to another states. married is married. you are allow to move around and didnt change marriage certificate all the time. ( it's not state ID or DL)
  5. they can only try by reaching out to the embassy/consulate.
  6. Side note : just tried silencer with 9mm few months ago and now I want one. Its very cool and less kick for me Last time i Check 2022, In Maine we need permit to carry gun. Not that I want it anyway. I join club and only shoot inside the range, so no point for me to apply for permit
  7. In my understanding, as a sponsor u need to make that 125% minimum income on your own even though u filed married filed jointly with ur ex. If I were you I will get a joint sponsor for I-864. What’s ur current income for 2024 ? That’s important as well
  8. It doesn’t affect any immigration status. But when you filed for FOIA, USCIS will take out ur submission / application from the queue / line so they can prepare the FOIA that u request. I personally didn’t file FOIA until I got my GC last year. Once all my case are done, I filed FOIA in June 2023 and got the result back in 6 weeks
  9. i read the RFE and theres' nothing mentioning about expired GC at all. OP can u just post the whole thing and not leaving page by page? just blurr ur personal info.
  10. u can inform them when u enter USA ( at the airport on secondary) for ur new address
  11. are u talking about removal of condition ? https://www.uscis.gov/i-751 there's form and intstruction to download it's very straight forward, i just looked literally yesterday for other people
  12. type in this order when u open the chat ( ignore the question) 1. info pass 2. live agent 3. live agent it will connect you to live agent
  13. great then file i-485 and include that i-130 receipt. for cover letter, u can just write your own. there's no template for that.
  14. does the petition has been approved yet and now its in NVC? or it's not approved yet? if its approved : you need to file i-824 and paid the fee. there's no cover letter needed
  15. generally the petitioner never have to do biometric screening. ( unless they have issue with adam walsh act)
  16. what does it mean "without USCIS completing the mailed packet?" if you already send the RFE response by mail then you are good. i personally prefer to send by mail instead of uploading. but u also upload the same document, no biggie.
  17. there's nothing in my post that said you have low income or that i want to insult u? and you're welcome
  18. yes. u cant submit that you dont have. but if your income is not sufficient, you will need joint sponsor. i assume you are the main sponsor
  19. if you have any of schedule form. if you have W2, that's it, no need to worry about the others. USCIS just listed all that's needed from petitioner (either one)
  20. i-485 : yes list everything based on ur timeline, doesnt matter if u lived in the same address multiple times ( i assumed you move around) i-131 : thats correct. when i helped someone filing AOS and that person has different address, i put the physical address on i-131 only, the i-131 receipt goes to the physical address, while the others goes to mailing address. i think it's best to put ur mailing address as ur physical address for i-131 to avoid issue ( u didnt get the receipt letter).
  21. use the new one that u have no need to update ur DS-260, u can do that during the interview
  22. for indonesia the tourist visa validity is only 5 years but i agree with you, it is better to apply for tourist visa first for the family because sometimes it's hard to get appointment slot especially during holiday / school break season
  23. saw on JH FB group last night, someone posted the case status for i-751 from 2020 / 2021 cant remember, and her case been transferred multiple times through out the year. in my understanding this past 1-2 years, USCIS trying to balance the workload for "busy" and not "busy" Field office, i know someone's FO is in newark,NJ. filed to service center, case transferred to cleveland,OH and few months later they got interview notice to Newark,NJ. ( i guess that happened when they dont waive the interview, it got transferred back to Newark for final adjudication) so it happens
