  1. what is the latest information on USPS? does it say returned to USCIS or not? if yes, u can reach out to ur local congressperson to ask for help. it happened to me in 2020 for my EAD, similar situation but it actually said returned to USCIS. ask my local congressperson and it all sort out in a week. do you still live in the same city? try to go to ur old place and perhaps ask the current tenant? if u live far away, maybe u can ask your friend or family to visit the old place? worth to try. i will try that method first before filing for i90. and u can always try to file i90 without the fee but it's highly unlikely they will waived the fee. attached brief explanation that u already submitted address change ( dated before i-485 got approved) and the proof of AR11
  2. congrats OP USCIS strikes again, processing with LIFO ( last in first out) method
  3. usually the civic surgeon / doctor can decide or and make a note. if it's no longer administrated there, nothing u can do. the doctor will know what to do. what is it by the way?
  4. she can keep her maiden name on the passport, if her GC has her married name, just bring the marriage certificate, it will explain the discrepancy. u can try to make info pass appointment for ADIT stamp, and also, try to walk in to the field office if u cant get that appointment by phone. just be nice to the staff in the field office and hope they will let you in.

  7. Recommendations for Paper Filings to Avoid Scanning Delays Release Date 11/16/2022 As we move toward an increasing electronic environment, we now scan and upload many documents into electronic database systems. To avoid delays and improve scanning efficiency, we recommend that you do not: Hole punch, staple, paper clip, binder clip, or otherwise attach documents to one another. Include photos or documents smaller than 4x6 inches for evidentiary purposes. Provide photocopies of these items instead. The only exception is when we request a passport photo with the filing. Include anything that contains electronic chips and batteries (such as musical greeting cards) or any non-paper materials such as cassette tapes, CD-ROMs, DVDs, toys, action figures, or thumb drives. We will not accept these types of materials. However, we will accept photographs or photocopies of these items. Submit forms or evidence documents bound with a binding or spiral wire/plastic. Submit evidence using photo albums, scrapbooks, binders, or greeting cards. Fold documents. Place sticky notes on documents. Use insertable tab dividers. Print forms on colored paper. Submit more than one copy of the same document or evidence unless required by the form instructions or regulations. If you are required to submit a copy of a complete prior application, petition, or request, clearly mark it as a “COPY” at the top of each page to ensure it is processed as intended. Send original documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, driver’s licenses, passports, naturalization certificates, except when: Required by the form instructions for the application, petition, or request you are filing; or We specifically issue a request for you to submit an original document. Avoiding these activities will improve our efficiency as we process your application, petition, or request. source : https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/recommendations-for-paper-filings-to-avoid-scanning-delays
  8. "review' doesnt mean anything. my case has been "review" for 19 months. it actually just sitting on the corner collecting the dust
  9. other than n-400, i usually tell people to file everything by paper. but i helped people to file n-400 online and actually it's very breezy situation. i guess the difference between paper and online : with online u will get the receipt letter immediately or a day after while paper, u will have to wait 1-2 weeks ( i dont think that's a big issue ), and with paper, u can fotocopy everything before u send it so u have documentation that u can go through later on. paper vs online wont give you faster interview date if that's what u ask for
  10. 1. yes it happened from time to time. if its not in english, pls submit the traslantion aswell 2. yes, the more the better. apartment rental, membership etc that shows both names 3. events as in parties, shows pictures with friends and families. its' ok not to have wedding ceremony. not everybody has wedding party.

  14. Just bring marriage certificate. That’s valid to show the name discrepancy. obviously ur ticket should use ur name on the passport
  15. they didnt check your credit score. u just need to make sure that your tax income for the past 3 years are enough to be a sponsor + your current income

  17. I’m married and never had a ring. Don’t worry about it. You have ur GC, that’s all matter. They won’t check your personal items
  18. yes u should put 0 on married part. so total household will be 2
  19. cheating is not ground for VAWA. if there's no abuse or violation involve, i dont see any reason why he wants to go to that route.
  20. Depend. Perhaps along the way, if she’s married with foreigner and wanted to apply for spouse visa to the US, she might need the certificate of naturalization. if it were me, I will get both
  21. OP, do u still have the copy of medical? can you look what did the doctor fill up on the form? if the doctor didnt fill it up properly or USCIS didnt pay attention, i will compose the letter, attached the copy of the vaccination sheet and send it to uscis. also u can also reach out to your congressperson to help to reopen the case
