other than n-400, i usually tell people to file everything by paper. but i helped people to file n-400 online and actually it's very breezy situation. i guess the difference between paper and online : with online u will get the receipt letter immediately or a day after while paper, u will have to wait 1-2 weeks ( i dont think that's a big issue ), and with paper, u can fotocopy everything before u send it so u have documentation that u can go through later on. paper vs online wont give you faster interview date if that's what u ask for

OP, do u still have the copy of medical? can you look what did the doctor fill up on the form? if the doctor didnt fill it up properly or USCIS didnt pay attention, i will compose the letter, attached the copy of the vaccination sheet and send it to uscis. also u can also reach out to your congressperson to help to reopen the case

that is so strange. normally when you already submitted the medical together as a whole package, u wont get any deficiency notice. do they just requested for the vaccination record or the whole package?

if i were you, i will applying for EAD under c33 just to be on the safe side since you are not applying the benefit under marriage anymore. never know for sure until u use the card (c09) to apply for the job. i tried in the past to find more information about it and i couldn't find much info. i have c08 EAD expired on july 2022 and because i was worried i cant drive, work etc ( driving license also expired, date connected with EAD). i forced my lawyer to apply c09 EAD on february 2022 together with i-485 application. the assistant said " lets wait until april 2022" and i refused because u never know when u will get the new EAD. lucky i'm quite adamant about it because i got my c09 EAD in april 2022, and when i went for interview for i-485 it led to administrative closure, im sure i wont get that new EAD if i havent got it when they administrative closure the case.

are u applying for vawa? i think i remembered that @Family said something about it if you do, u can apply i-765 under c33 category instead.
