  1. yes. whatever mistakes u did with i-90 is unrelated with i-751 that u supposed to file. so they wont process ur form any faster because of ur mistake with i-90. u should get a lawyer, seems u dont know much about removing the condition of ur greencard.
  2. when my friend attend her n-400 ( 3 year marriage) interview, her husband is in korea for active duty. she brought the order, but the person who checked her in in jacksonville,FL refused to let her in. after back and forth exchange, the same person asked other staff to handle the situation, the IO actually came out and let her in. the IO was a military and one time has been stationed in korea so he gets it. she actually got on the spot oath ceremony that day. good luck

  8. I second this. If u haven’t done it yet, just wait until n-400. More cost effective

  12. different provider different system. like where i live now, some of my provider is using mychart, some not. that app on the phone, has list of many2 hospital provider, it just easy access ( using 1 app ) if ur provider supported it. even if ur provider doesnt have mychart, they usually have something similar but different app / name.
  13. i will go with jpeg/pdf. photo over photo is not a good idea ( not sharp quality). just scan the picture
  14. if i remember correctly no photo required if the beneficiary is outside US. when we filed i-130 in 2020, i need to submit 2x2 picture ( im in the US)
  15. how bout the sponsor tax transcript for 2019, 2020 ? it has to be the 3 years latest tax transcript.
  16. perhaps there's reason why USCIS waived lotsa of interviews for less than 2 years marriage AOS. exactly for this. people are so excited and happy....perhaps 100% hike for ROC means small friction for them
  17. u will need naturalization certificate
  18. She already done her medical and sent it with the original AOS package.
  19. u can always go and visit. just be honest if it asked. if u have strong ties with canada, shouldnt be a problem. good luck
