  1. many people did this. if u keep it short, and always go back when u need it too, i dont see it's gonna be an issue. now if u want to stay there over 3 months per visit ( therefore u want the tourist visa), that might be a problem
  2. it's at CBP discretion. just be honest. nothing u can do. if u can show strong ties with ur home country, u might waltz in easier
  3. wont suggest K1. K1 is longer to process than CR1. paging @Crazy Cat i think u can use ESTA if u are from Italy, dont see the reason u need to apply for tourist visa. K3 is dead.
  4. you should change ur address too. because when u come to the interview ( if any) they might cancel the interview because of the address discrepancy ( normally by checking ur State ID). good luck !
  5. what's the reason that you dont use ur own address? u should use ur own address especially if you are out of state i will try to come to the appointment next week and be extra nice to them and hope they will let you in. they might said no, and theres nothing u can do.
  6. i will do that. or she can write it and you get certified translation for it. better be safe than sorry
  7. you will be fine. nothing more than GC and marriage certificate ( if theres discrepancy on the name) i wouldnt bother to bring lease agreement
  8. just give short explanation, example : Jan 2020 F1 visa got denied Milan US embassy Feb 2020 F1 visa got approved Rome that's it
  9. yes. whatever mistakes u did with i-90 is unrelated with i-751 that u supposed to file. so they wont process ur form any faster because of ur mistake with i-90. u should get a lawyer, seems u dont know much about removing the condition of ur greencard.
  10. when my friend attend her n-400 ( 3 year marriage) interview, her husband is in korea for active duty. she brought the order, but the person who checked her in in jacksonville,FL refused to let her in. after back and forth exchange, the same person asked other staff to handle the situation, the IO actually came out and let her in. the IO was a military and one time has been stationed in korea so he gets it. she actually got on the spot oath ceremony that day. good luck
  11. Tried to message you but i couldnt, just FYI, The question that u asked on The live show ? You Dont need to mention it at all. A course its Only a course no matter how long is the course. ( i tried not to be speficic gere )
  12. seems solid evidences there, i helped my friend filed n-400 with only 25% from what u have ( i-751 pending) and she got her same day citizenship oath ceremony. good luck !
  13. no problem. bring ur expired GC card + the extension letter ( make sure it's not expired and valid when u travel )
  14. i will still filled their 5 years employment history ( without authorization) being honest on the application will go along the way.
  15. schedule info pass appointment by calling uscis so u can get the stamp on ur passport if uscis refused, ask help from ur local congressperson
  16. I second this. If u haven’t done it yet, just wait until n-400. More cost effective
  17. File now. I think u still can get old fee 60 days from 1/4/23
  18. dont cancel his interview. no matter what, just attend the interview. if the medical is not cleared yet, he will just need to submit it after the interview.
  19. you better file for legal custody letter that show's whom the child are under care of
  20. different provider different system. like where i live now, some of my provider is using mychart, some not. that app on the phone, has list of many2 hospital provider, it just easy access ( using 1 app ) if ur provider supported it. even if ur provider doesnt have mychart, they usually have something similar but different app / name.
