    you can always try, but it's at discretion of USCIS. i am healthcare worker as well, when i renewed my EAD and tried to expedite, they wont budge when i mentioned i am healthcare worker.

    i-539 take forever, and if ur reason is not strong enough, usually end up with denial. you dont want to be out of status while waiting and lost ur esta for good. when u lost esta, it will be gone forever.

    @Mike E yeah she's trolling on my post and called me ugly names when i gave suggestion to a US citizen who got cheated by the ex wife who already got GC, to just move on with his life. she said that US citizen have to report to cops, ICE, USCIS, perhaps also to the president of USA if its possible. geez. but to OP, that ex gf can report whatever she want, but if the relationship is real, i dont think ur friend gonna have problem. obviously do couple of meet up to strengthen their K1 case. the more the better

    if it happened almost at the same time, sometimes to notice it not in chronological order. just ignore it, u will get ur card

    many people did this. if u keep it short, and always go back when u need it too, i dont see it's gonna be an issue. now if u want to stay there over 3 months per visit ( therefore u want the tourist visa), that might be a problem

    it's at CBP discretion. just be honest. nothing u can do. if u can show strong ties with ur home country, u might waltz in easier

    wont suggest K1. K1 is longer to process than CR1. paging @Crazy Cat i think u can use ESTA if u are from Italy, dont see the reason u need to apply for tourist visa. K3 is dead.

    you should change ur address too. because when u come to the interview ( if any) they might cancel the interview because of the address discrepancy ( normally by checking ur State ID). good luck !

    what's the reason that you dont use ur own address? u should use ur own address especially if you are out of state i will try to come to the appointment next week and be extra nice to them and hope they will let you in. they might said no, and theres nothing u can do.

    you will be fine. nothing more than GC and marriage certificate ( if theres discrepancy on the name) i wouldnt bother to bring lease agreement

    just give short explanation, example : Jan 2020 F1 visa got denied Milan US embassy Feb 2020 F1 visa got approved Rome that's it
