    Yes it’s all returned. 1 month 1 week later I received My DL. No pending on DMV. It was pending on SSA only. Like I said u can’t escalate. Just wait when it come through

    it doesnt matter though. the issue right now u cant get DL, correct ? all u can do is ask DMV person to escalate to USCIS Save check. even though u got unrestricted SSN, that DMV only refer to 1 thing, which is save check. in my experience, the DMV actually done the save check faster than SSA office. ( i did both in the span of 3 weeks gap)

    please read this : it's not your fault, nothing u can do ( believed me i tried everything) beside waiting till save check verified. the problem is DHS aka USCIS didnt update your GC record. it happened from time to time even for people who received their conditional GC 8 months ago.

    Most of the time they did combo interview but from time to time people reported that they went for n-400 interview but officer can’t adjudicate I-751 because the file is not in field office People tried to send the letter with hope that USCIS saw and sent 2 files at the same time to field office

    just keep the copy of i-94. wrong stamp happened, since the i-94 is 90 days vs 6 months on the wrong stamp and she wont overstay, all good

    If it’s not official document from the government , it’s not official. That’s the end. You can get document sign by the religious people from the mosque, again it’s not official or legal. i already told u what I know about Indonesian marriage legality. You can have many of nikah siri, but if you don’t file it to the government, it’s not legal. America only acknowledge legal document. You have to have paper trail for that. Either u pull the trigger or keep worrying and u won’t know the outcome. That’s all I can say. If it were me, I will marry your fiancee in indonesia and file for spouse visa. It’s cheaper and less hassle

    first "case is being actively reviewed" means nothing. they took ur money and put ur file on the shelves. mine was like that for 19 months. obviously u dont think that they actively reviewed 1 case for 19 months. when u got the second "case is being actively reviewed" many months/year later, thats when someone actually touch and work on ur case and usually mean decision

    Where is she now ? What do you mean with “when she is back in the country?” You said she has no birth certificate but yet she has some short of ID. I tried to understand because you need birth certificate to get an ID to begin with. I just tried to find solution about her birth certification issue

    It’s the same with fake nigerian marriage for the purposes of getting tourist visa. If the fiancee said she was married, how she will get the divorce decree since she never really legally married. No government agency will give her that divorce decree since the “marriage” never occurred in the name of law in indonesia that nikah siri usually something that they did because they can’t legally get married but want to be “married” so they didn’t commit sin ( I know it’s weird concept but that’s literally what it is )

    In Indonesia nikah Siri doesn’t consider legal marriage. I wont put that nikah Siri as her first marriage. Indonesian wedding need both religious + civil marriage to be consider legal. What kind of ID she has ? Does she has KTP (Kartu tanda penduduk) ?
