So looks like my third attempt to do biometrics fail again. The original biometrics appointment was in March 2020 and was canceled because of covid. Second in October 2020, and fingerprints were badly taken and then scheduled new one in January, and right now it canceled again because they will be closed 19-20 January. 
What an epic organization and excellent work. We are going to try to contact a senator office and congressman, wish us a good luck.

I did my biometrics on October 20. I know a lot of people did it on the same days. Anybody else waiting on updates/EAD?
No case status update, still fingerprint fee was received.  I can't submit an “outside normal processing time” service request, because every time I tried it says "error, please contact technical support".

I read Reddit and called USCIS this morning and asked them to reschedule the biometrics finally. Tier 1 officer didn't connect me to Tier 2, they connected me to another Tier 1, and only then to Tier 2. Both tier 1 said to wait 90 days and call them after 90 days if I won't receive an appointment. Tier 2 was in a hurry and obviously didn't care, only told me to mail the original notice to them.  Every time I was talking to Tier 2, I was getting different guidance. They already promise that they will schedule, and if I won't receive it in one week, then just call them again. Later they did some requests, and the request never was answered, tier 1 confirmed it today. Today they say to wait 90 days and call them and mail the original notice.

Called to Uscis today again,  because on Monday they said that they gonna send some request to check about my biometrics and I was supposed to get an email update about it. Tier 1 officer was super nice and transferred me to a Supervisor officer. 
I'm shocked after a call from the Supervisor officer.  She was rude, she didn't let me ask a question,  she was saying that other people waiting and just hung up, and she was screaming. 
I was nice, quiet, and polite, and just wanted to ask what is the status of this request. 
Plus that most officers are nice but can't help, but this time it what something.

No help and no rescheduling of biometrics.  They are scheduling everyone in the queue depends on the facility, but if somebody's appointment was canceled then this person not in queue anymore. This person has to wait on a free spot to be scheduled, but they are working in a limited capacity, it is hard to have a free spot, especially in busy locations as Chicago. So it might take a really long time because we are not at the end of the line, we are out of the line, and just waiting when the line will disappear to be accepted.
I wonder how somebody who plays with people lives in this way sleep at night. Where are justice and equal rights?

They are working in a limited capacity and wear spacesuits in the ACS in Chicago. Places where people life depends not working properly because of COVID, but malls, restaurants full of people like there no virus. Especially in Chicago where everything indoor is open and packed with people, but outdoor is closed because it can make a bad picture on TV. There is a virus but they do not protect people, by helping them, making life easy outside. They close or limited national parks, beaches, and locations where people's life depend. Where people can be outside and live a life with a minimum chance to get a virus, but open malls and people have only one option to have fun, be inside and get a virus,.  Why they can't make ACS work outside on the parking lot?

Application support center in Chicago, I have two friends who already got appointments in the same location, both of them filled in June. One friend's filling date is June 25, and the biometric scheduled for August 26. I happy for them, I only don't understand why February fillers were left behind. On the web site, it says ' If you do not receive an appointment notice within three weeks, contact us'. I tried to contact them, and they say to wait 90 days, and that the processing time is 3 years. 
We can't visit our family, we can't do anything, we just stuck.
