  1. i have emailed the consulate a few times. They do not reply
  2. My fiance already has a visa interview appointment on Dec 19. On dec 10, while migrating information to the new UStraveldocs portal, I accidently closed and restarted a new visa application. Will my fiance be able to attend the visa interview on Dec 19? I have reached out to all of the "support" phone numbers for UStraveldocs and they simply do not know the answer. They directed me to fill out a webform to ask the embassy if the interview can still be done on Dec 19 but I have not received a reply. We have waited 5 years for this, and now the thought of further delays is sickening. Any opinions or preferably past experiences similar to my issue from this knowledable gropu would be much appreciated.
  3. I have the same problem with my K1 visa “no available appointment” at Guangzhou consulate for the last 25 days. Anyone been able to get an appointment recently?
  4. I am reading mixed info. Do the K1 and K2 need separate I-134 froms?
  5. In Part 2, Shouldn the k2 child be listed as "beneficiary" ?

Hello, Did you ever find an answer to this question?

  10. Our case made it to NVC for a day and is now marked in transit to te embassy
  11. This is what i recieved, at end of june will be 60 days. I have been working with my congressmen for about 9 months now, they are useless, they assigned me someone who has no clue about visas. This person has a liason at uscis but they never provided anything usefull. I hope you get better results with your senators office.. To Whom it Concerns: Thank you for your inquiry. The National Visa Center (NVC) has not yet received your petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer. If you have not received a communication from NVC about this case within 60 days from the I-797 approval notice, please contact us again. Once NVC receives this petition from USCIS and enters it into our system, all case parties will receive a notice that they can begin processing if a visa number is immediately available. Regards, Ellen | Inquiry Management
