  1. What does a timeline look for n-600k?
  2. The visa with photo, I don’t have I-94 in-front of me, not sure
  3. This sounds like such a better option! Thank you! In his passport the visa expires Dec2023 is that the date he has to leave or the date that he had to enter?
  4. So N-600K is an option? The requirements for n-600k 1. Not married 2. Before reaching 18 years old 3. Regularly resides outside of US 4. She has custody 5. Grandparent has 5+ years physical presence is US 6. Child can re apply B visa to come for interview
  5. M entry B visa only valid 6 months from issued date
  6. Yes, both parents. One with current physical presence
  7. 1. Both parents are us citizens now, but at the time of her birth they weren’t. 2. Born in wedlock. Father of the child is not us citizen & they are now divorced.
  8. She was born in the US but moved when she was 14. That is why she doesn’t meet the requirements for birth abroad as they require at least 2 years of living in the US after your 14th birthday.
  9. Thank you! IR2 looks like the better option. Don't want to risk them denying it, being suspicious entering on tourist visa just to adjust status
  10. My sister (us citizen) brought her son (under 18) on B1/2 visa to visit. Since they didn’t meet the requirements for child born abroad he’s not a citizen. While at the interview they were told that he can become a citizen when he comes to the US? What are the options now?
