Thank you. Not the case with us to adjust. My dad still likes to work and a younger sibling will be getting married next year backhome.

I read many visiting USA to meet the respective spouses. However, did not find scenarios for either parent coming visiting USA on visitor visas. I don’t know if the situation would be considered as similar to spouse visiting as tourist.

Hello - Both parents are in their 60s and living in Asia. They are planning to visit USA during summer months. The intent is to visit for 3 months and go back. They visited USA 2 yrs ago and went back within 3 months. They have onging applications for I-130, applied in Dec 2024. With the pending I-130, would it be ok to travel to USA on a B1/B2 for parents in 60s?? Anyone had recent experience?
