Hey guys. It's more than a week I got update about interview,have not recieve the letter in mail. How long does it take to get mail these days? My local office is 15min drive to my house.

Am waiting for the notice sent to me to know the date for my interview. They already schedule me for an interview, I got the update this morning.

Good day fam! Am excited and thesame time feeling neevous. My vawa was approved a year and 2 months ago... been waiting for update but I got none till this morning. I had 3 update at the same time on my pending 1485 first says interview cancel, another one says ready to schedule and the third says interview schedule. Am happy I got an update, my Congress person had made enquiries about my case. Now, I did my medical almost a year now which I know is wated. my question is as follow can I go ahead and schedule another medical? Do I need a lawyer to follow me, though I filled myself with help of the group. ( i think my ex wrote some evil letter to my local office) Please I'd you have any information that can help me kindly share. Thank you all.

This Process is unpredictable. Your vawa may be approved this week and in the next couple of months you might be lucky to have your green card that was how many friend got his but some people after vawa approval no update for 1 or 2 years for green card. God that started it all, will surely give us victory.

Thank you. My Congress person made an enquiry about it 5months ago, and they said they are working on it, they asked us to wait until after 3months before making another enquiry. It's more than 5months now, no update. I dont want to get them mad, if I ask Congress person to make another enquiry again.

Out of excitment ,after my aproval December 2022 , I thought I will be call for interview or RFE will be issue within few month because my 1-485 already moved to my local office. I went and did my medical and my child, the medical will be a year in April does that mean I have wasted $900 because till now no update on our 1-485.

I think am the one that didnt read through or understand well. It was not about payment but incomplete package. Thank you for your prompt response always.

Hello everyone. I.sent a.renewal for EAD and AP under C09 category, after few weeks I got my EAD package back and a receipt for AP, they requested for EAD payment. I did renewed like 4x in the past without payment , I dont know If this is a new development. I have a pending adjustment of status since 2019, and my.vawa got approve a year ago no update till now.. How much is the payment and can i use check or card? TIA

Can someone help me with correct address to send my C09 renewal to? my vawa was.approved and my adjustment of status currently at my local office. I think I sent to wrong address, I want to resend a new one. TIA.

I think I sent my C09 renewal to the wrong address. My vawa was approved 10months ago, my file is at my local office but I sent my renewal to vawa office Vermont center. 38 River Rd, Essex junction VT, do I need to refill it or just wait?

My Congress person made an enquiry about my case, I got aproval for vawa 12/17/22 since then.nothing. Congress person was told that my adjustment of status had been transferred to my local office. They contacted my local office about 4 weeks ago, today I email my Congress person to know if they got any reply from local office to my surprise I was told my local office already sent a letter not to make an enquiry until after 90 days. They indicate with their wording that some "cases has unresolved issues that causes delay" that made my heart skipped.

Hello everyone. My vawa was approved last year December after that, no update on my 1-485. I contacted my Congress person. I got a feedback from their office few weeks later that my case is in my local office and they have the jurisdiction over it now. I didnt get any update when the case was being transferred. Hopefully am going to get update from my local office soon.

Do you have idea if USCIS online case tracker usually give update if RFE is sent out by USCIS? Am thinking if I miss one.
