Hey guys. It's more than a week I got update about interview,have not recieve the letter in mail. How long does it take to get mail these days? My local office is 15min drive to my house.

Am waiting for the notice sent to me to know the date for my interview. They already schedule me for an interview, I got the update this morning.

Good day fam! Am excited and thesame time feeling neevous. My vawa was approved a year and 2 months ago... been waiting for update but I got none till this morning. I had 3 update at the same time on my pending 1485 first says interview cancel, another one says ready to schedule and the third says interview schedule. Am happy I got an update, my Congress person had made enquiries about my case. Now, I did my medical almost a year now which I know is wated. my question is as follow can I go ahead and schedule another medical? Do I need a lawyer to follow me, though I filled myself with help of the group. ( i think my ex wrote some evil letter to my local office) Please I'd you have any information that can help me kindly share. Thank you all.

This Process is unpredictable. Your vawa may be approved this week and in the next couple of months you might be lucky to have your green card that was how many friend got his but some people after vawa approval no update for 1 or 2 years for green card. God that started it all, will surely give us victory.

Thank you. My Congress person made an enquiry about it 5months ago, and they said they are working on it, they asked us to wait until after 3months before making another enquiry. It's more than 5months now, no update. I dont want to get them mad, if I ask Congress person to make another enquiry again.

Out of excitment ,after my aproval December 2022 , I thought I will be call for interview or RFE will be issue within few month because my 1-485 already moved to my local office. I went and did my medical and my child, the medical will be a year in April does that mean I have wasted $900 because till now no update on our 1-485.
