Ladies and gentlemen. I can’t believe that I’m finally able to share and post good news with you on this forum. Today, my I-360 has been approved! PF 9/21/2020 12/21/2020 RFE for good moral character 1/26/21 responded to RFE 9/12/23 new card is being produced Knowing that processing time increase, I didn’t expect my case to be moving forward sooner but when I saw my case today, I was thrilled. It feels like yesterday when I found about and join this forum when I was lost n desperate but this community supported each other able to look bright future. this means a lot for all of us, and thank you for making this forum. I will keep update for my I-485 but wanted to let you know for who those are waiting, please please don’t give your hopes up. I know that this is what people tell you but wait isn’t easy. You might be desperate and stressed but you won’t know how much happiness is waiting for you when I-360 approved. Everybody has different story and struggle when it comes to VAWA but when you see case approved, not only you overcome your past but only happiness, freedom and confidence is waiting for you ahead. This isn’t easy journey compared to another but we are all here for you. Everyone of you deserves to be happy.

Hello, VJ family it has been long since I posted lasted time. I’m wondering if anyone could know or been through about EAD denial. my timeline as below Sep 2020 I-360 & I-485 filed concurrently Apr 2021 EAD combo received since then I was on extension. 3rd PF was received today EAD was denied today at same time I was about to raise SR of my EAD renewal but I can’t any longer im waiting for letter explanation why EAD was denied but I don’t understand why my EAD is being denied as same time. does anyone experience or went through same situation? If anyone could assist, would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
