  1. I've read of some people doing all of them as well due to an increase in RFEs. Probably depends on who is looking at your docs. At the end of the day, I doubt it matters much if you only do quarterly or all of them, just gets more inconvenient to ship really so we might still consider only sending statements for every 3 months. We have a lot of other solid evidence so I don't think it'll be an issue.
  2. I think we're gonna do that. It fits pretty snug in the envelope so might as well not risk it!
  3. Yep! We're including all our bank statements which is why it's so thick. Not worth risking an RFE because they end up wanting more 😬
  4. It's all the bank statements! Without the bank statements it would be half this size 😅
  5. Hi all! We are about to ship of the I-751 packet today, I have one last question that is probably the result of me overthinking it but still. Our packet ended up being very thick as you can see in the image below so we had to use two jumbo clips to hold everything together and then we used a big rubber band to keep the two parts together. Will USCIS look at this and think they're not part of the same application since they're separate or should the rubberband keeping them together be enough? Would it make sense to add a paper on top of the second part clarifying that it's the continuation of the evidence?
  6. Hi all! Sorry if these questions have been asked recently, I looked around couldn't find anything! When we filed the I-485 application, we had to write NA on anything that wasn't applicable, is this still something we should be doing when filling out the I-751 form? Also, do we need to include any birth certificates, passport copies etc with this application? From what I'm seeing, we don't but I would still like to confirm. Hoping to ship it off on Monday 🤞
  7. Interesting, that does make sense based on what I'm hearing from other people. Thank you!!
  8. Alright, so I just called and spoke AND spoke with them via the chat and they basically said that they cannot see what my address is unless I have an active case which I don't since my I-485 was approved almost 2 years ago. I guess I just have to wait until March and use my new address when I apply for removal of conditions? They might have changed it, but there doesn't really seem to be a way for me to confirm.
  9. This is what i thought as well, I had this happen during my application 2 years ago and they actually did forward it. I probably just got lucky.
  10. Sigh, thankfully my old address is just down the street but that is frustrating for sure.
  11. I filed it online and got an email confirming the change. Last time I did it, it updated without issues but I would like to confirm so I know because I've heard of other people having issues. That being said, I suppose that when I send in the I-765, they will get my new address regardless but I'm going to call to confirm with them to be on the safe side. Definitely don't want to miss any notices.
  12. Hi all! Quick question, I will send in my application to remove conditions when my 90-day window opens in late March, will I receive anything from USCIS before I file i.e. a letter/notice? I had to change my address last year as we moved and for some reason USCIS does not like confirming my address when I ask, so just curious if I should be expecting something (or not, if my address never changed properly.) Thanks!
  13. Hi all, I am eligible to apply for removal of conditions in mid-March and my 2-year green card will expire in mid-June. Me and my husband are planning a trip to my home country sometime between April and June. Do I travel on my 2-year card if we leave before it expires in June or do I travel on the extension paper I get when I apply for removal of conditions even if the card has not yet expired? I know it's pretty early but I would like to have an idea so I can keep that in mind as I plan our trip. Thanks all! Also, I'm sure this question has been asked before so I apologize if this is redundant.
