    Hello. I have a question my husband is a green card holder and I’m a US citizen and we want to file for his mom to come to the US. Is it possible for us to file for her since he’s a green card holder?

    Yes iam concerned because he’s the beneficiary and because I was unemployed and was pregnant at the time

    We got married in 2021 on the K1 visa and now we want to file for the adjustment of status(I-485) ,I-765 , and I-131 but the problem is he worked and he’s the head of household. Also we filed our tax married-jointly this year. Will it affect the filing process? Do we need an attorney?

    How Can I find the A-number to put on the I-485 (Adjustment of Status) from transitioning from the k1 visa status? Also this is for a Jamaican k1 visa holder. Your responses are greatly appreciated.
