    Thank you, I just found out Registration number is same as A#.

    Hello, My family member received visa, and it was printed in their passport. There was a letter stating you must pay green card fee prior to entering US, but in order to pay the fee, USCIS website is asking for A#, the dilemma is that they were not given A#. Any advice? Thanks,
