Hi, I filed for my mother and received receipt notices last week. I noticed that on I-797C for I-130 under beneficiary details her middle name is missing. On her I-797 for 485/131/765 the middle name initials is printed as "L." Anyone else noticed similar thing on their NOA1? Is this expected?

Hi, I noticed that my widow mother (from India) doesn't have a marriage certificate. We do have my father's death certificate though. Her name on her birth certificate and school certificate is "XY Z" but her current legal name/passport and other documents is "XY W". The name of her parents on her birth certificate and passport are same. How can we make sure USCIS won't issue any RFE or ask for her marriage certificate which we can't get now since my father is not alive We do have pension papers that list my mother and father and childrens name.

Anyone from San Jose / Santa Clara (California/CA) Field Office with Pending I-751 and N-400? It's already been more than 3 months since i field N-400 with no update whatsoever

I added my I-751 case to my online account using the access code i received in May 2023. When i was checking the account today i noticed the case is no longer visible. All other previous cases are visible though.
