  1. I suppose so. I guess I feel like if it could be solved with a piece of paper, it is still relatively okay. But yes of course, will be hoping i'd have an even easier time then! Well no. It looks like this: https://azitalaw.com/2016/06/extending-us-visitor-visa/ (Exactly like that I should say). It is stamped onto the "Visas" portion of the passport. I've maybe entered US over 50x in the years preceding the k1 process, and sure enough, I got a stamp each time I flew.
  2. "Possibly" Even with the termination letter in hand? I mean i understand this is probably up to the officer. Just wondering what else I can possibly do to make this transit a smooth one. I'm guessing not much else. Thank you on the clarification of the B2 visa. I guess I was confused because all the other times i entered US from Canada (as a citizen), they always stamped a "B2" visa on my passport.
  3. Even if I have to go through Chicago and then LA before going to Asia? I thought it would operate similarly to when I go to USA from Canada and it gives me a B2 visa.
  4. Will this be an issue at all? I'm thinking no, since even people who are pending can visit no problem. Context: Back in 2021, a written request (from the petitioner) was made to cancel the I129F visa (it got approved to NOA2 stage at the time). Fast forward til now, heading to asia for a month long trip but need to go from Canada to US to Asia. Hoping it won't be a problem. I also have a copy of the termination letter on my phone in case they ask. Just wondering if they will question or give me a hard time at all.
