  1. Only 3 visits in 4 years is a problem, especially with a large age gap and a Moroccan consulate If you mean going there and living there, then yes
  2. Not really a new thing. If you got a straight approval that means you were interviewed by the supervisor. The reason one gets “held for review” is because all approvals have to be run by the supervisor first. Everyone I know who went though AOS got the paper, I don’t think I know someone who got a direct approval (that’s lucky if you did, you’re not in limbo)
  3. Thanks for the update. Congratulations to you and your family!
  4. I always wonder and I don’t know if anyone knows the answer, but does it work in a similar way for the DOS? E.g. when a case in an extended AP and someone wants to sue. There was a poster today who reported successful WOM to issue F4 visa to someone who was in AP.
  5. ~~ Related Duplicative thread removed. Please post all updates to the original post so people can easily follow the history of the case and the outcome ~~
  6. Every applicant gets that paper after the interview They technically have 120 days to make a decision before you can inquire. Nothing you can do but keep waiting
  7. ~~ Topic moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures ~~
  8. ~~ Topic moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures ~~ Of course they know. They will most likely ask the third spouse about previous two filings too. Not enough details provided to say if it’ll be a problem or not.
  9. Even though i was not asked to present any evidence at the interview, I brought about 7-8 photos from various times throughout our relationship/marriage as described by @Fe.Ta About 2 of those were from the ceremony
  10. ~~ Topic moved from K1 forum to Removing conditions on Residency as this is about I-751 ~~
  11. Which center first handles your papers has little impact on the processing time. It’s the LFO processing timeline that matters, I would focus on that. You’re supposed to get a separate letter with an online access code to set that up.
  12. You are supposed bring evidence of bona fide marriage that you accumulated since filing, I suppose you could bring those photos but do hope you have stronger evidence than that.
  13. ~~ Topic moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures ~~ Do you mean using something like Docusign to e-sign or signing it by hand and then scanning it and sending the scanned letter to the petitioner? The latter is fine but former is not.
  14. ~~ Topic moved from K1 fiancé visa forum to Bringing Family Members of US citizens forum as this is an IR5 case ~~
  15. What do you hope that is going to achieve?
  16. The updates don’t mean much. What you want to see is “Issued” instead of refused or AP
  17. There’s no way to predict how long it’ll take. There is no standard timeline
  18. ~~ Topic moved from CR1/IR1 forum to Regional discussion: South Asia as this is specific to Pakistan ~~
  19. ~~ Topic moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures ~~
  20. ~~ Topic moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures ~~
  21. ~~ Another duplicate thread removed. Do NOT post multiple threads concerning the same topic ~~ You were already given an answer. The letter is very clear on what do to do. Just have it done already.
  22. Huh? Why would you file WOM if your case was approved? You case isn’t approved yet. Verbal approvals do not count. What counts is the status on CEAC changing to Issued. WOM is not for “requesting a timeline”, it’s for forcing a decision within X amount of time.
