Adjustment of status = when a K1 enters the US, they have to apply for their GC. Removal of conditions = removing the conditions on a 2 year GC to get the 10 year GC

    The amount of evidence you want to provide is your prerogative. You only have one shot to satisfy the RFE. You need to read them again carefully. Pages 10 and 11.

    Tax transcripts show past income. So you need proof of current income such as pay stubs and employment verification letter.

    Technically only the vaccination part but many doctors will only do the full exam leaving you no choice. So maybe try calling around and asking if they will do the vaccine part only. This is why we strongly advise to get all the vaccines at the K1 medical if possible. Properly filed I-485 grants you an authorized stay while it’s being adjudicated.
