    Hi, just got an update on my case, AOS has been approved. I didn't do any interview. No update on EAD and AP. How long does it typically take for it arrive? Will EAD and AP be included?

    Just email notice and green card has been approved. I didn't get any update for work or travel, will I automatically get them now AOS has been approved? No interview done.

    Hey Everyone, I just realised that when I applied for AOS my DOB is wrong on the I-485 form. The correct DOB is on all the other forms (I- 765, I-131 and I-864). Should I be worried about this and do I need to inform USCIS? If so, how do I go about doing it? Thanks

    Oh right okay I didn't realise that, yes it is just a 'courtesy letter request'. Hopefully this means they are actually looking at my case now.

    Hey I just received a request to submit form I-693 also. I also did my medical examination in Ireland before I came to the United States. My request said to discard the notice if I already submitted the medical or if I was K1 visa holder. Did your notice say the same ?

    I kinda of thought that but also I wanted to try as it is a close family member - 1st cousin but like sisters. The unfortunate thing is I don't have a physical copy of wedding invitation only picture. The wedding is the end of January. I originally filed for AP in March along with EAD and AOS.

    Hey everyone, I was wondering if you could guide me? I placed an expedited request for advanced parole in September with no update until today. They sent the email to the wrong address and are looking for evidence. I am wanting to return home for a very close family wedding and I am wondering want evidence would be required for such request? Thank you
