  1. Thanks so much. That's very helpful. I have most of that included asides really from the utility bills. Planning on mailing today. Thanks for input
  2. Do you think it's worth while putting in the quarterly credit card statements? It does show both transactions by me and my husband
  3. I guess we didn't really think of it until we started to compile all the paperwork. Plus our water, heat and rubbish disposal is included in our lease. I can add the phone bill which is in both of our name.
  4. I just did double sided to save paper and ink but i can reprint to single page. My husband is the primary and I am the authorized user. I can do quarterly for the two years if better? Our joint bank account my husband is the primary so my name doesnt show up on the statements. I only could get them to print me our account application for when we opened the joint account. The utilities are all in my husbands
  5. Hi Everyone, Putting together the packet and wonder how is this for evidence so far? G-1145 Copy of GC Lease agreement (printed double sided otherwise it would be 50pages) Credit card bills (one for each year) Health insurance cards Retirement account beneficary Tax transcripts (filed jointly) Evidence of joint bank account (not statements) copy of both drivers licenses Boarding passes of trips we took Photos of us on said trips envelope addressed to both of us I can also add out car insurance cards and phone bills Does this seem comprehensive? Do i need a cover letter
  6. Hello everyone, I got approved my green card in March yay, apart from the fact my DOB is incorrect. Applied for I90 to replace GC. Got I551 stamp in passport. Travelling to Europe. What documents should I bring with me in order to ensure success re-entry?
  7. Okay Thank you so much. I wasn't interviewed so I guess I'll leave it blank? Am I correct in thinking Part 3 doesn't apply to me as I entered on a non-immigrant visa(k1) ?
  8. So would 1. be Ann Arbor (that's where im living)? and 2. would be Detroit (closest field office)?
  9. I have one more (set) of questions. I am filling out the I-90 form, and I am stuck on Part 3. 1. Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status. Is this where I went for interview for K1 visa? 2. Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status I didnt do an interview for GC, what do I put down? 3a. Destination in the United States at the time of admission? Confused on this also 3b. Port-of-entry where admitted to the United states? Is my POE dublin due to preclearance?
  10. Did you have the year of birth correct on the initial I485 form?
  11. I will apply for a replacement card later today and once I receive my notice I will apply for stamp. Appreciate everyones input and help.
  12. I am traveling to Spain for a family wedding. Flights and accommodation booked. How do you think I'd be able to get them to pay for it? As I believe she sent it to me for final review?
  13. Yes the main thing that I'm concerned about right now is my trip abroad in July. I submitted the paperwork to lawyer, she reviewed, and sent to me to review again. My dyslexia and dob being mm/dd/yy has cost me dearly. My GC I got is for two years
  14. My lawyer informed me that I can apply for stamp without having I-90?
  15. God what a silly expensive mistake, esp having done everything up to now right, it's incredibly frustrating. I guess I start to compile all the paperwork for the I-90, would I need to send in my original birth cert or is a photocopy sufficient?
