  1. New display name started following Going to college while I90 in progress , Spouse filing for N400.Question about whether to add this as a job or mention it in the additional info section , Spouse was given W9 to fill by the bank, it says "I certify under penalty for law, I am a US citizen or other US person" and 2 others

    They were hired at a local establishment , 1-2 hours in training decided they didn't want to continue at the place. (uncomfortable environment)but weren't paid for it and then there was change in ownership and didn't really pursue it. Is it considered employed or unpaid training and how to treat it while submitting jobs in the past 3 years. Thanks

    So a green card holder i. e. Someone who has permanent residence is considered US person and US resident alien for this form ?

    She received her Conditional permanent residence in 2021, we filed removal of conditions in 2023, removal of conditions is currently pending, can she she sign this form? Will it be considered claim of citizenship?

    Wife received 10 year green card instead of 2 and filed I90 to correct it, she still has the erroneous green card in possession because I90 was filed online. Is is ok to use that for applying to college applications. The college she wants to go to requires a copy of the green card with the application. Is it acceptable to use this green card she has in possession?
