  1. That was also my thought, but no. It was about 10pm January 11th in NY. My application date, my payment receipt everything shows January 12.
  2. I submitted my N400 (3-years rule) on January 11th. For some reason USCIS showed that it is January 12. I still have my i-751 pending, so I requested combo interview. but here is my timeline Jan 11 – submitted case online, Jan 11 – received NOA1 with case #, Jan 11 – received biometric reuse letter. Good luck everyone!
  3. Hi everyone, I am filling in my N-400 application based on 3-years marriage rule and have a question. To the question “how many children do you have?”, I answered 0. I don’t have any children of my own, and my husband’s kids are all over 18years old. But in the evidence section it still asks me to provide “child and spousal support” evidence. We both were married before, but none of us is paying any spouse support. 1. Should I just ignore this section? When I click “next”, I do get a yellow warning sign with “if you do not provide evidence, your application processing may be delayed”. It makes me nervous. 2. Should I again attach our divorce documents? They are already attached in previous marriage evidence section. My husband used to pay spouse support, but he is not obligated to this anymore for almost 4 years, before even we got married. thank you for any advices
