  1. Yeah! They did the same thing on my conditional green card. The first green card “resident since” date should’ve been 03/30/2021. They printed 03/30/2020.
  2. Hello guys, I just wanted to share, my ROC was approved on 11/09/2024. I have my 10 year green on hand as we speak. I filed on January 18th 2023. It took 22 months. No interview. I am filing for citizenship next week . They printed the wrong date on the "resident since" but it doesn't matter because I actually qualify for N400 since 12/30/2023 under the 3 year rule. Hopefully that won't be a problem. Nebraska FO, block number 239-0093xxx
  3. Hi there, I got my new green card in the mail today. 10 year green card after removal of conditions was approved a couple of days ago. However, the “resident since” date is 1 year backwards. I was first approved for a conditional green card thru marriage on 03/30/2021, at that time USCIS sent me a conditional green card with the wrong “resident since” date, it said 03/30/2020 instead of 03/30/2021 which is when our case was approved. Three days later I filed form I-90 to have that corrected, back then the Chicago office took the physical conditional green card, and gave me a stamp on my passport. USCIS never sent the replacement for the conditional green card. Fast forward, Removal of conditions came in, I filed I-751 on 01/18/2023, got a 48 months ext letter, and didn’t hear anything for 22 months. Last week my I-751 was approved, THE I-90 I HAD FILE WAS DENIED, YES OVER 3 YEARS LATER lol, and I just now got the new green card, but again, the “resident since” date should be 03/30/2021, but on the new card it says 03/30/2020. My question is, I qualify for citizenship based on the 3 year rule. I actually could’ve applied for citizenship on 12/30/2023 while the I-751 was pending if I wanted to. Having that said, would it be a problem to apply for citizenship with this new green card and that wrong “resident since” date? Thank you in advance. Please ask me anything. Nebraska field office, 22 months wait for ROC. Block 239-0093xxx
  4. btw: 01/17/2023: Sent via FedEx Elgin Illinois office field 01/18/2023: Application delivered and signed by USCIS. 01/24/2023: Money order cashed Now what?
  5. Hi, my spouse and I had our immigration interview 2 years ago when I did AOS here in the USA, we both attended the interview and GC was approved on the spot. I have sent my ROC already and I've read that an interview is required, again?
