Hello everyone. It's been a while since I've visited this site. Everyone on here has been super helpful and supportive with resources and advice. I've come back with a question regarding greencard expiry and I was hoping if someone could help me out. I was issued my greencard about two years ago after our K1 interview. My spouse and I have been married for 2 years and three months (the greencard expires before our 3 year mark). I assume the greencard is conditional because it has will expire in a couple of months (making it a two-year greencard). I wanted to clarify what next steps should be before I file any applications. After browsing the site, it looks like form I-175 is the way to go. Would that be correct? Thank you in advance.
