Pen ink color for Certificate of Naturalization

Hello, I received my certificate of naturalization but forgot to sign it at the ceremony. I remember the clerk mentioning a specific color pen to use to sign it. I'm pretty sure he said blue and they were handing out blue pens, but I forgot and wanted to confirm with folks here. Would folks happen to know if blue or black is preferred for the Certificate? Much thanks.
