    Hi everyone, desperately need your help, do you know a good attorney that can help me answer a RFE? I had to request the letter through congressman and now I have 30 days to respond

    Hi friends, I hope you are all well. I have my Vawa pending; Nov 27 an RFE was issued, never received the letter so I asked the Senator to request a copy, it’s been a week now and I’m still waiting anxiously. On the app, it says that there is a deadline to respond and I’m afraid with the holidays and that delay, I’ll miss it. Do you guys know how long usually is the deadline to respond RFE? I’m pretty sure they won’t extend it right and, what are my options?

    Hi everyone, my I-485 along with my c9 EAD renewal applications got transferred to Nebraska Service Center Premium Processing. Have you guys heard of that office? Do you know what’s the average processing time? My vawa is still pending with Vermont and I’m trying to renew c9 combo card.

    Hi everyone, I hope you are well. Question, When you send out a AOS package to Nebraska based on a pending VAWA and it gets transferred to Vermont, do you know how long it takes to receive combo card? (They already have my fingerprints applied to the case)

    Yes 2 different congresswomen, twice the Senator and twice the ombudsman office. Always getting the same response: “pending background check”.
