  1. Finally received my NOA in the mail today. Here's my timeline:

05/06/2020 - Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX by USPS.

05/07/2020 - Delivered to Dallas, TX by USPS.

    05/12/2020 - SMS notification received.

06/07/2020 - Sent online inquiry for non-delivery of receipt

06/08/2020 - Online inquiry assigned to officer

06/12/2020 - Case updated to fingerprints taken

06/16/2020 - Response to online inquiry which was not useful, said "Our records show that your Form I-751 is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay”

06/18/2020 - Receive notice in mail saying previously captured fingerprints were used

06/22/2020 - Called and spoke to Tier 2 office, who helped reopen Online inquiry, and request to send NOA

06/23/2020 - received confusing response to Online inquiry saying “Recently, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) sent you a notice of receipt for the Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751) that you filed although, you informed USCIS that you did not receive that receipt notice.  A receipt notice was mailed to the address provided with this inquiry.  Please confirm your current address with your local United States Postal Service office and follow the instructions on the notice.”

06/24/2020 - Called and spoke to Tier 2 office again, who said that NOA was mailed out.

    06/29/2020 - Received NOA!

Fortunately I didn't need to contact Ombudsman, Senator or house representative. But I had to call and speak to a tier 2 officer twice, both the times I was polite and the officers were helpful.

Update as of June 23, 2020

Finally! My NOA hardcopy received on hand today.. this is a relief for me.. Thank God 🙏🏼 I wasn’t expecting this because of the response from my online inquiry was delays and not yet generated.. June 11 i made the online inquiry, The same date they assigned my case to a officer and i got a response on June 16.. Wishing everyone to get their NOA anytime ASAP! God Bless Us All 😊

Can you share what was the response to your online inquiry? I got the response below to my online inquiry, which I believe just says they sent me the receipt and I should check with the post office.

"Recently, U.S. Please confirm your current address with your local United States Postal Service office and follow the instructions on the notice."

  4. So a tier 2 officer helped reopen a previous service request which gave a non answer about not receiving NOA, and 24 hrs later I get this response to the updated service request:

"Recently, U.S. Please confirm your current address with your local United States Postal Service office and follow the instructions on the notice.

We hope this information is helpful to you."

Does that mean they have sent NOA first time around and I should check with the post office or are they sending it again at the address in the inquiry, which is the same address.

Also I received the notice saying that they used my old biometrics, so I'm pretty sure my address is fine and I have informed delivery and never saw the NOA come in.

To me this sounds like they misunderstood your inquiry. Like you was asking for a date your case will be done. When did you submit the inquiry? Also I think you submitted the wrong inquiry. You need to select did not receive notice. Try that!

I submitted the inquiry on 6/7/2020, the day after it said to contact them, if I did not receive my receipt. Also I submitted a "Non-Delivery of other notice" service inquiry. I called them and they said they haven't sent out any receipt yet, and just asked me to wait. I did not push to speak to a tire 2 officer, figured i'd just wait for a bit and see if they may be sending out delayed receipts.

    Received NOA today!

4/28 sent via usps priority to Dallas P.O. box

    5/1 delivered

    5/6 received text

    5/7 check cashed

5/31 sent email to lockbox and filed a non delivery of notice through myuscis

6/9 got a reply for non delivery of notice from USCIS-CaseStatus@dhs.gov
    6/15 received NOA

I hope this timeline and information is helpful for all you guys!

What reply did you get for the non delivery of Notice from USCIS-CaseStatus@dhs.gov? I also just received a response which is quite ambiguous, it says "Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751) to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Our records show that your Form I-751 is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay."

Not sure if that means they are unable to give me any update about the delivery of notice??

How do i check if it was assigned to an officer?

Sign up for an account here: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/disclaimer.do

(this account sign up is different from the one on myaccount.uscis.gov)

Then add your case number to the tracking and in the status, on the bottom left, you'll see the "Case History" which should give you information about the Service Request.

I didn’t receive NOA yet. I sent an inquiry online after 30 days of not receiving it, i.e  on 06/04. My ROC was received on 05/04, yesterday 06/12 I received a case update fingerprints were taken. Waiting to see if they will respond to my inquiry and possibly send me an NOA

Same thing, they received my ROC package on 5/7, I sent online inquiry on 6/7 for not receiving NOA, which on 6/8 was assigned to an officer, and still shows the same.

On 6/12 my case was updated to Fingerprints taken. I'm hoping someone took a look at my case, and sent out the NOA as well, will know in a week or so. Fingers crossed.

How do you guys check your online request status? I sent my e-request on 06/05. But I have no idea how to check the status. I have my uscis account. That doesn’t help

  10. I sent the non delivery of notice service request on 6/7/2020 and only got an automated confirmation that the service request was received, but it does not show up on my case status yet and I see that its been assigned to an officer.

I also sent an email to lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov on 6/7/2020, but never received any confirmation.

    Anyone in the same boat?

  11. Just so I can out my mind to ease, a new version of the I-751 has not been released right?

The current one still says that it expires on 12/31/2020. right?

I read a  post on the April 2020 thread, and someone had sent in the old version of the form, so was worried if I may have also done that. I checked on the website, the last version was still from 12/02/2019, and expiring on 12/31/2019.
