Hello! I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday. I was hoping someone could help me with my I-751 form, I have a couple of questions. 1. I've read that this form is being filed "jointly" by my husband and I. My question is, since we are filing jointly, is it necessary to list myself as the preparer on the form? Or is the preparer anyone who is not the petitioner (conditional resident)? 2. Part 1, Question #9 asks for the petitioner (my husband's) USCIS online account number. We made him an account back when we paid the immigrant fee before he entered the US, however, this account doe not have a USCIS online account number associated with it. What we do have is the USCIS online account number that was assigned to me when I initially filed form I-130 4 years ago. Should I put this online account number down ir just keep it blank?
