Initially filled I130, I131, I485, I765 on December 2019 2. Got an interview for I485 in March 2021 3. Filled I360 December 2020 4. Went on Interview and requested Visa Officer to hold my I485 until the decision is pending for I360 5. I360 was Approved on August 2023 and an approval notice was sent in the mail by USCIS. The question here is how my I485 will be processed in this situation. Do I have to contact USCIS and provide them with an I360 approval notice? or USCIS will process itself? As of now, there is no update on my I485 application. I am not sure how it works. If you can light my way with some of your guidance.

Don't worry. You will hear from USCIS very soon. We have no other option than waiting for them to respond.

My RFE was asking a lot of stuff because I couldn’t send self declaration in first phase… so I had to include all documents once again including self declaration and all supporting documents

Congratulations...

February 10th, 2023 i got an update on my VAWA application saying Request for Additional Evidence was sent. Fingers crossed they don't have BIG LIST. Any idea what they might be looking for. I have already sent out the complete package except affidavit from friends and family.
